No parking ( enough spaces for about 12 cars) more employees than customers and still wait 20+ minutes while they socialize etc. and rude arrogant employees from the senior bankers on down and no public rest rooms which I don’t think is legal.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead to make sure they could cash bonds, only to be given the run around when I showed up.

❌The bank employee made a technical error when putting check to my account, but the bank withdrew the fee from my account. It's not fair. I contacted the bank and they promised to return the unfairly taken fees, but their promise turned out to be false. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I know!
