We love Dr. Sven & the team at Wayzata Pet Hospital. We’ve been bringing our two dogs here for years now and have had a couple odd injuries/health issues come up — we received nothing but exceptional care. When necessary, they provided quality referrals and were in communication to ensure everything was resolved and our dog was back to good health.

We have been so thankful for Dr. Sven and the team at Wayzata Pet Hospital. Not only was he their care excellent at routine checkups, but also throughout a challenging diagnosis for our cat and the hard decision of having to put her to sleep. They were comforting, understanding, and helped us understand the process clearly. When we inevitably get another cat, we look forward to coming back to Wayzata Pet Hospital. We are so grateful for their service!

I brought my dog Milo in for some minor surgery. Dr Sven removed a nodule on my dogs eyelid did a fantastic job. That's not where the story ends when brought my dog home still a little out of it, the neighbors dog took the opportunity to bite him really badly. I called Wayzata Pet Hospital and they kept the lights on for us and patched my dog up. Big thanks to Dr Sven and crew really remarkable care. Tim

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Incredibly caring people who give you the honest truth about what needs to be done. They don't oversell services and products, and help you through the whole life cycle of your pets. I have had 4 cats and 3 dogs in this period and have been completely happy with their care.

Anyone looking for a new or BETTER veterinarian? For over 10 years, I've been taking our crew to Wayzata Pet Hospital, and every time I walk in the door I am impressed and happy. The vet-owner is Dr. Sven and he is amazingly knowledgeable, kind, responsive and skilled. The clinic has a full surgical suite, and Dr. Sven is a great surgeon who is fairly priced. (When Dwight needed a broken canine tooth removed a few months ago, Dr. Sven did a successful surgery for literally one-fifth of what Blue Pearl was going to charge.) The entire staff are buttoned-up and highly professional, while also being kind and fun to work with. Their new location is in Deephaven. I could not recommend them more highly. A+.

This is the BEST vet clinic I've ever had the pleasure of bringing my fur babies. Every single person on staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every appointment has been efficient. The doctor takes his time to explain everything and answer any and all questions I've had. The clinic is always sparkling clean. Prices are very modest for the level of service and care. I will always be bringing my babies here. Currently living a good drive away and will continue to come to this clinic.
