“I have never been in a wine & spirits store that even remotely comes close to the selection of Total Wine in Chanhassen, MN. The staff is first class and they thoroughly understand the premium products they are selling. My wife and I always enjoy a stop at Total Wine as we know we leave with an excellent selection due to a helpful staff. The staff also carefully bags or boxes our items and couldn't be more gracious. Traits that not every liquor store has out of state.”

“Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”

“Typically come here for Loons and Zyn. Generally 3 people that work here. The two brother owners and the lady. All are pleasant. The Loons they make sure work before you leave. Apparently some kids would try to return these and would vape the entire thing and say it didn’t work lol. The Zyn is refrigerated which is a plus. I prefer coming here due to the vast amount of vapes and Zyn they have.“Have a pleasant day also.””

I had a good idea what i wanted going in but the selection was broad enough to make me double guess myself! Classic tobacco shop, complete with incense and other products of that nature.”

“I absolutely love this location!!!! The staff has been very friendly each time I've come here. It has everything that I'm looking for when I come to a smoke shop which is good. Plus for some reason they have a freezer that sells shrimp?!?! Wtf?!? Right? Lol. I asked about it and they said people buy it all the time. I'm from Las Vegas and I have never seen a smoke shop selling shrimp but if it works go for it lol. Anyways I highly recommend anyone that needs this type of stuff to stop by and check out this location”
“I am a former city-dweller, so the idea of a massive liquor store is still a new concept. However, I am all for it. This location opened a few months ago and sent me some coupons that had a lot of fine print. I came twice over 2 weeks and both times I walked the aisles and was able to find a bunch of drink ingredients (gin, bourbon, vermouth, mixers, etc.) and was able to get help whenever I needed it from some friendly staff members. Their prices are great as well, very competitive across the board. The fine print came to the surface a checkout and it seemed that one of my items didn't qualify due to some arcane clause that you would only know if you worked there, like a SKU starting with the number 7 or something. The cashier asked the manager and they made an exception for me and applied the discount. That was really nice.”
