I highly recommend Timeless Jewelry and Clocks . I had Troy reset my diamond wedding ring, he did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable about the setting. Debbie has helped me several times and is also very knowledgeable. Excellent and very friendly service! They also have beautiful jewelry for sale. We are lucky to have them in our community!

They gave me a couple of different options for repairing a bracelet and explained the difference in price and how it would look. My repair was fast and they called to let me know as soon as it was ready. Great place and kind, knowledgeable staff!

Very nice place to have your clocks fixed. They did an excellent job for us on two of our clocks and the prices were reasonable. Excellent customer service, seriously, the people working here are just really really nice. I won't take my clocks or watches anywhere else.

I haven't even gotten my watch over there yet but just based on my conversation with Troy, I'm gathering up several other things around the house and from my husband that have needed jewelry repair or watch batteries. My finest watch, a diamond studded Raymond Weil, needs repair and, like a previous reviewer, did not like my experience at a place in Ridgedale where I inquired. Also love the fact that they do not send their watches out of their shop for repair.

I'm so happy to have found this place! I had another reputable jeweler look at my broken watch and they told me it would be hundreds to repair and likely needed a full overhaul of the movement. When I brought it here they discovered not only did my watch not need any of that but rather just needed a battery and a few screws tightened internally. They saved me hundreds and provided honest, fair service.

Went in to have a watch band repaired, as there was a missing pin in the clasp. It was fixed incredibly quickly and cheaply. They exceeded my expectations of customer service. Nice people, too!

I wanted to make a new ring for myself from my mother's weddng ring set and mother's ring. Debbie helped me all the way and was awesome! i didn't really know what I wanted but she walked me through the process, gave me a few sketches to pick from and we were on our way. I was sent a colorful cad drawing of what it would look like which really helped. The ring turned out just beautiful--better than I had imagined. Now I have a gorgeous keepsake from my mother
