had the BEST experience with Kasana the manger, she helped me over the phone order a pair of UGGS that are sold out everywhere. she was so kind and helpful. went above and beyond. wonderful experience and will shop here again.

I won't go anywhere else. After going to box shoe stores with no avail. The gentleman took the time to measure my feet and make sure I had the perfect fit. I have spent a lot of money on hiking shoes and for the first time I got my money worth. The care they give for ensuring you are comfortable is outstanding! They even recommended to shop their clearance rack. Although I didn't go with a clearance item, I got a discount. Thank you for the customer service. My feet appreciate it!

Shopping for Hoka shoes and went there to try on to confirm size due to price. Narrowed down to 3 styles before got there and Kamara was very helpful. They had my size in one color, not my color so she went online to try and find it at another store to get and they didn't have it either. She recommended I go online to get it since it was available online. I felt bad because she was losing a sale. She was fine with it and was glad I was able to confirm my size. Great service!! Thanks Kamara!!

Schuler is my go to place for amazing quality, great fit and knowledgeable sales people. The shoes are not inexpensive, but a fair price for what you get--quality over quantity. My husband bought running shoes and I bought winter boots. Very happy with our purchases.

usually love this store but bought 2 pairs of shoes with an in store coupon. had to return one and they took the store coupon with it to. I got screwed!! should've kept it credited to other pair. not good business!! probably will resort to online from here on out!

This is the place to go if you're looking for new shoes or to replace a pair you already have. The staff here is outstanding, I've been to different locations and everyone is helpful but here everyone really seems to know what they're doing. I go here a repeatedly for shoes for me and my family Managers Travis and Kasana are great and extremely personable. You feel so welcomed walking inside and they take donations for old shoes , going to a much better cause then goodwill. Girl who works in the backroom there is even nice and accommodating. No matter who helps you thre you feel like you're in good hands

Steve LaFond, especially, but everyone there knows their stuff. Very helpful. They know anatomy, footwear, causes and effects, etc. Great service. We're lucky to have this organization in operation.
