“So, I have to say I have been avoiding the Hamel post office for quite awhile. There was a gentleman that worked there that was just awful. Today I went in there because I didn't want to drive far because I don't live that far from it and the young woman that was working there today was a breath of fresh air. Just very nice and pleasant. I certainly hope she has replaced the other man. It would be different if he was awful every now and then but, no he was just unfriendly and gave such bad vibes everytime I dealt with him. I am giving these 4 stars to that young woman.”
“Periodically I stop at this post office to send mail, packages, and get stamps. I love this post office. Everyone I've ever seen here has been very nice, helpful and provided great service. The same on 3/27/24 at which time I saw Jeremy and he was the only one at the counter. What a nice pleasant man. He even helped me with the credit card machine and was not in the least impatient or trying to hurry me out of there. He showed me the newest stamps that just came in that day so I bought some. There are several workers I usually see there and they are all very nice each and every time even before the Holidays when the line was so long. I love this post office. I told Jeremy I always put the Post Office logo (from the book of stamps) on an envelope to seal it and write above it, 'Support Your Local Post Office' and he laughed and said Good!”

“Ms. Ally is THE BEST. IF ANYONE needs quick services that’s BEYOND 5 star customer care, they will ask for ALLY. Ally went above and beyond for us and tracked down a package that was soon to be lost in the void. Without her extensive knowledge and heart to help, we’d be on serious trouble! “I was in and out on a Thursday afternoon. Not busy at all. The self service boxing system was awesome, very quick. I would bring your own sharpie for the boxes though, the pens aren't great and it's hard to write on cardboard. Took me about 5 minutes! Desk people were helpful and quick.”

“Large post office desk with super friendly clerks. They have a convenient drive through lane on the side if you have stamped letters you need to send. Even a drop box for priority mail.”
“My Name is NOT Steve. I am Linda and I think the service here is very good. Yes I have had to wait in line, but not long. Clerks have been knowledgeable and efficient and sometimes when not busy, even quite friendly. But then I am old, CIS gender, and white.”
“This location can get quite busy; and yet I've always experienced helpful customer service, even if it means I need to wait for my turn. Contrary to another review, I do not find this location to be dirty or unorganized. “The employees here were really nice. The middle aged guy that was there right away in the morning answered my questions nicely/was very kind and ready to help, and the African American gentleman there at about 10am was very fast (I had to leave and come back to find a bigger box).”
