“They provide great service!! Went in to get a new USB port on my S9+ that hasn't worked in years (humidity got to it while camping - been charging with charging pad ever since). The employee offered to try cleaning it out first just to see if it'll help. Sure enough, works like a charm now when they could've charged me for a new USB port and install. I'll be going there anytime I need work done.”

Whether they are extremely busy and have a line out the door or you are the only person in the store, they give you the same amazing treatment and service. If I was opening any type of a store/company in general, I would go in and poach these guys first as they deserve way better. Not bashing AT&T at all, but I grew up with my grandmother who was a recruiter and I know when I see special people. “Diligent and knowledgeable service.We were making a jump from another provider due to signal coverage within a parking garage, as well as updating our phone equipment, and this turned out to be a larger project than anticipated. But Tom was extremely patient, helpful, and resourceful in terms of minimizing our wait time and getting the most bang for our buck. He went over numerous options and explained all the factors in selecting updated models. Moreover, there were some inexplicable credit clearance delays that prevented us from taking our new devices home right away, but Tom was great at continuing to complete the order and keeping us in the loop as things progressed. Especially for an elderly couple, making decisions on new technology can be intimidating, but Tom did an impeccable job at making things plain and understandable for my parents. We couldn’t be happier with the help we received.”

“Wow! First review. And it's gonna be a good one. Such a good experience. Which is not always expected these day. But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well. I am so grateful to put my trust into the people that work here. I will be coming back for sure! Great job guys!”
