Made an appointment for pick up and was in and out very quickly! Good financing options and friendly people. My car had a few bumps and bruises when I looked it over and those were taken care of promptly. Wish they did some of their services in house (rust proofing) rather than using a third party though. Overall great experience so far.

Eddy, Nate and Joe were all extremely helpful, kind and easy to work with. Eddy was amazing to work with and made the experience of buying a new car easy and fun! Nathan the tech guy was great and made sure I knew what I was doing before I drove off the lot. Overall one of the best experiences I have had a dealership.

My only disappointment was no car wash! Always love the way the car looks when returned! But totally understand!Luckily we dropped the car off as we have a Prius too! Took longer than they expected so glad I wasn’t waiting for it. Natasha was very friendly and informative! She kept us updated with text messages! Very helpful!Thank you Wayzata Lexus!

They pay for good reviews. After talking my elderly mother out of the new Lexus she wanted and upselling her an extra $6k in BS features, the salesman called her up and offered to buy her dinner if she left him a positive review. She hates her car, and they could care less. They are on par with internet scammers. So many other options out there people, take your money elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Christian at the Lexus dealership while searching for a car for my daughter this summer. From the moment we stepped in, Christian was incredibly helpful and attentive. He patiently answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to find several suitable options for us. What really stood out was when he texted us about a fresh RX350 trade matching our criteria - that level of attention made all the difference!However, my experience with the service department was not as impressive. I attached some pictures to this review to illustrate my point. It appears that the engine was not thoroughly cleaned, the antifreeze overflow was empty, and they also neglected to change both the air filter and cabin filter. To top it off, a chipmunk had even left behind seeds and acorns on top of the engine block and in the cabin filter. This oversight left me somewhat concerned and not the level of service I would expect from Lexus.The car cleaned up well as you can see in the after photos. Overall, I am very grateful for Christian's exceptional assistance and the great options he provided. The service department could definitely benefit from paying more attention to detail. On the Lexus wheel centers Costco found glued into place, they did provide 4 new ones to me.

Excellent customer service! I was unhappy with the purchase I made at Lexus of Maplewood (they did a bait and switch on me) and Val at Lexus of Wayzata was able to get me into the new SUV I wanted for minimal cost of changing vehicles. Highly recommend Lexus of Wayzata and definitely Val, as an honest salesperson who wants to make sure his customers are satisfied! Their service department is also the best!

Went for maintenance and as usual my service advisor Celeste had all things ready and paperwork to sign prepared. To include loaner car. I can’t say enough good about how professional and helpful she always is. The most efficient dealership I have dealt with in many years.

I had a great experience buying a used car at Lexus of Wayzata. I got a good deal on the car and a nice sum of money for my trade. Being a single woman can sometimes make buying a car a nightmare but Christian was upfront and professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend the whole team I worked with. A+

From the moment I arrived I was treated professionally. From the Valet, to my service writer, Thomas Campbell, who sped me through the paperwork then quickly and courteously out the door into a cool loaner. I picked up my Silverado the next day, again fast, nice, friendly and smiling people. Thomas took the time to come find me and shake my hand! They did a great job detailing my truck on a spa day. Amazingly they got all the pet hair out! Thank you!

Service consultant was nice and informative. The person that scheduled the recall did not provide me with the correct info regarding the recall repair time. Has they given me the correct info I would have scheduled differently.Was surprised by some of the mechanic recommendations after their inspection. Based on their recommendation I'd guess they put down items based on the vehicle mileage and not based on their inspection. Two of the recommended repairs had just been completed less than 200 miles before bringing in for the recall but they still recommended these items and provided an estimate for those repairs.

I absolutely loathe the car buying process. Until now! This is how buying a car should be!! Non-pushy, helpful, funny, smart people. Painless (well, other than writing the check!) and professional. Kind, courteous, efficient, well prepared. This was an excellent experience!

Wonderful service! Chad is excellent from the moment you walk through the door ensuring you feel comfortable every step of the way! They are understanding and reasonably priced as I got an estimate for my stuck shut hood. I ended up being able to get my hood open so I cancelled the follow up service appointment with Kathy who was so kind on the phone. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend and will be back myself. Thank you!!

Amazing, easy and reasonable service. Extremely fair and made the process seamless. I really felt like they wanted the best for me and actually cared to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The excellent service continued even after the sale was made and I had left. Erin was outstanding.

I've been a customer of this Lexus dealership since purchase a new RC350 in 2017. I'm a bit surprised to see the 1-star reviews as that has not been my experience, but it also appears that those reviews are almost all related to used car purchases.My sense was that during the pandemic they were forced to change up some of their service procedures to either minimize contact or address staff shortages, but if anything their service is better today than it was pre-COVID.I have had two issues over the years. The first centered around a loaner car, where I re-filled the tank but the gas tank needle didn't move. I was charged for 5 gallons of gas at the exorbitant $5+/gal rate even though I drove less than 40 miles in a car rated for 28 mpg. After a few calls the manager contacted me to understand the issue and eventually offered to reimburse me, but I declined as I just wanted them to change their loaner policy, which they have.The second issue was poor work by an independent contractor to repair the red leather on the corner of my drivers seat. It only looked a bit better after the $200 repair, and a year later it doesn't look any different. Live and learn.I do want to give a shout out to my service rep who gave me a solid heads-up as to the anticipated cost of my 60K mile service where I also needed new brake rotors. Nice not to be surprised, especially given that my prior 5 years of maintenance was entirely pre-purchased. I got quotes from three independent mechanics and their quotes were not much less than the Lexus dealership estimate, which was surprising.All in all, I've been very satisfied with service, responsiveness, facilities and timeliness. Oh, and I still really like my car six years later!
