Lexus of Wayzata is the ONLY place we would ever take our Lexus for service. We’re on our third Lexus. The service is always thorough and the mechanics analyze and repair our vehicle with great skill and professionalism. The service advisors are knowledgeable and courteous and keep us informed about what is happening to our vehicle. The lounge has comfortable chairs as well as free snacks and beverages. We highly recommend this dealership!

Well, this is the 7th Lexus, of which 6 were bought from Val Udermann with Lexus of Wayzata and we think that much says it all! Great Customer Service…orders the car we want ( a White 2023 Lexus RX350 ) and delivery is a breeze. Will be coming back!

Bob Horwitz was great to work with. He found the 350H that checked everything were wanted. We had to wait like everyone but he always kept us updated. Bob was always pleasant and quickly returned calls. Highly recommend Bob. Everyone at Lexus of Wayzata made this a good experience.

It was fast and easy! Everyone I’ve encountered were nice and friendly. Bryant was eager to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle. Both Val and Bryant were great salesmen! I didn’t get a pushy vibe that I get with salespeople! They respected me as a person seeking for a car and they had the car I wanted without insulting my intelligence.

Bailey Gibbs did a great job representing the Lexus brand, and not just the vehicle but the whole experience including service and other needs we have with car ownership. Understanding the technology and setting the car up for my own driving preferences is getting very complicated these days. It's great when it's done right, and Bailey is very knowledgeable with that facet of the vehicle. Bailey worked hard for us, listened intently to our needs, answered our many questions, and presented various options. We are enjoying the RX350 immensely, and Bailey did a great job for us.
