My fiance and I had the absolute honor of working with Gene at Graham Jewelers for our custom engagement ring. We had gone to two other jewelers prior, and they were either very pretentious, or wouldn't do what we wanted with the ring. We had a family ring that needed to be remade into a new engagement ring. Gene immediately made us feel welcome, and provided exceptional options for us within our budget. Every step of the way, he was helpful and insightful, and worked with us to design a ring that is truly one of a kind. He never tried to upsell us or push us into a purchase. Gene understands that the value of jewelry is not just its price tag, but its meaning. He has earned a customer for life.

This was undoubtedly the best experience that I have ever had at a jeweler. Tom is a true professional. My girlfriend and I had been starting the process of looking at engagement rings, and we were both made to feel extremely comfortable. There was no pressure. Months later, I went in by myself to purchase a ring, and Tom made the process very easy. I was able to successfully propose to my now fiancé on Christmas Day and I am beyond grateful for the assistance that Tom provided. We will most certainly be back when for our wedding rings when the time comes. Thank you!

Though our needs (resizing our 50 year old wedding rings) were small, we were treated as any other customers. Very pleasant experience! We haven't received our re-sized rings back yet, but I'm sure they'll be perfect! UPDATE: We picked up our rings. They are sized perfectly and were cleaned, polished, and look like new!!

They have a unique selection of generously priced, classic, and timeless jewelry from all four corners of the globe including, but not limited to, watches, pearls, high quality diamonds, opals, and more. They have mesmerizing designs and also offer customization, repairs, and upkeep. My significant other regularly drops hints that she wants to go back and I can't deny her because every penny we've spent there is totally worth it. They even reach out to us when they obtain a special piece that fits our style. Words cannot express how appreciative we are of how above and beyond they go for us and we wouldn't expect anything less for anyone that chooses to do business with them. Hands down one the best jewelers in the business. Recommended by my mom, and some friends, we went in to upgrade my wedding ring. They did the most beautiful job on a custom ring that needed a new center stone, we provided. The work on this ring was beautifully, painstaking done. We could not be happier. Thank you so much! Graham Jewelers have been wonderful to work with for the most part. However, recently my now wife purchase a seiko watch for me as a wedding gift and it was broken within two days and during our whole honeymoon. I wanted to return it and just move on from there. Graham offered to send it to seiko and have it fixed and did just that. However it’s still something you have to trust on a day to day basis that I no longer did. The manager was very short with me in the store and made no attempt at good customer service. A small local shop should have just taken the return since we have purchased many pieces from them recently and would love to continue buying more. It questionable now who we will buy from now. It’s something they could easily resell and is a nice piece. I hope they can make things right and earn our business again.

I purchased the most beautiful engagement ring from this company! Then I purchased another one for myself and I couldn't have found a more meaningful design elsewhere!
