“DAS is a great example of what seems like the very few companies who really stand behind their work. My first generation (1991) Miata’s AC was , by all research, a lost cause. They resurrected it at a fraction of the cost of replacement and when a 30 year old o-ring leaked, they replaced it - on warranty. My expectation was a reasonable charge for shop time - something most places would gleefully charge. These guys absorbed it. That’s the highest standard of excellence.”

“This is a shout out to Kevin! My laptop I use for everything (gaming) had completely bricked on me on a Sunday night. I showed up around 15-30 minutes until the store's closing time, and all of the other employees I had spoken to were assisting customers or tied up with a task at the time. No big deal, I showed up late and eventually found Kevin. Always used a laptop at home, but I had always wanted to switch to a desktop. While I know my way around a computer, the hardware is where I lack knowledge, so it was nice to have his input/opinion on this. Kevin took the time to break down multiple products while respecting my budget and being very informative. Great sales skills with the knowledge to back it up. Good dude. 5 stars.”
“Came here 6/19/24, and was looking for some snacks. Target didn't disappoint! Love the kemps rich d creamy chocolate milk for $2.69. I took 45 pictures for you to enjoy, while I was here. The parking lot is large and easy to park in. The check out was a little busy and not many cashiers, but I get it, not a lot of people working, that's ok. Still giving it 5 stars! Clean store!”

I bought the Rev-X 10 driver in ears from Alclair for playing drums in my church worship and absolutely loved the sound quality, but I needed the fit adjusted slightly. This is not to fault Alclair, as my molds might have been slightly off. But Alclair did amazing to assist me in sending back the in ears, getting them re adjusted to size at no cost, and sending them back to me. Art Diaz from Alclair customer service was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. I love the fit, feel, and sound of my new Alclair in ears.

We went and made the return (didn’t catch the cashier who helped us name) but he was extremely nice about it also. I was nervous returning it since it was an opened boxed item with multiple pieces, but both people I came into contact with made me feel at ease!!”

But here you can get wonderful customer service from knowledgeable staff that you can tell....this ain't their first rodeo. Just upgraded my phone today, and they had extra specials lined for me like they knew I was coming. With new technology coming almost on a daily basis, it's no wonder they're all excited to tell me what's new. They have a new liquid screen protector...IKR!!! just a little brush of clear liquid on my screen and it protects your phone from not only scratches...but cracks as well.
