Store is always organized and clean. The staff (Dan and Emmy) are great! They treat my pup like a king. They are friendly and go out of their way to help.

I was being served and rang in, When the cashier asked another employee to finish my transaction while she went to help another customer. The other employee came in, went to a different cash register told the lady behind me to come over and started to serve her when I protested she just gave me a dirty look. So I left. I’m sorry to say this, but I don’t need you. You need me. I have many other choices where I can go and get better service.

Taylor is such a gem & absolutely excellent with my pups. In addition to giving them a great experience and doing what’s best for them, she guides me on how to best care for them at home between appointments. She took extra time with my 15 year old all the way up until she passed & grooms my two boys now. I appreciate the extra care and attention she provides to each of their personalities. Highly recommend Taylor & the C&D groom team to anyone looking for a compassionate & caring groomer.

I am really torn about leaving this review.It has two distinct partsFirst - Store itself is really good - 4 out of 5. Great, attentive staff, good selection!Taking one point because store organization is not intuitive and it is really hard to find stuff that I do not buy on a weekly basis.The second part of this review - grooming. It is extremely disappointing. For the price of the groom and the location - grooming is really bad!I have not seen such an inattentive and "chop" groom from professional groomers!We took our small dog in for the full groom package. He was matted, so not the straight forward easy job.When we got him back, his nails were not cut (part of the package), and his body, feet and face were cut so unevenly with clumps were sticking out and chunks taken off that it took us a long time to smooth the cut ourselves to the barely acceptable look.His tail, legs and head were shaved for the convenience of the groomer (instead of taking time to brush and then scissor cut like professional groomers do). He is a small dog, so time to do the work should not have been an issue.But the last drop and the reason I decided to write it is that I came back to the store to provide feedback to the groomer and store staff. Instead of listening to my feedback, and taking it into account for the next customer, I got yelled at. No effort was made to attempt to and understand my comments.

Chuck and Dons is the best! Kayla is a great groomer, and it feels like we are part of the community of pet owners treated well there. Very welcoming.

This is a good pet food store. Very easy and the rewards are good. When my dog was a puppy, they would special order food for me.
