“Simply the best car wash. Just came back from a 3400 mile trip to Nevada with so much bug smash baked onto the front of my truck that the bumper and mirrors looked furry. Without being asked, the staff at the car wash pre-treated the entire front end of the truck, and pre-washed, and scrubbed it multiple times to get everything off. I've never had a car wash do such a great job getting rid of baked on bugs as these folks.”

“I have had the most amazing experience at Morrie’s Subaru in Brooklyn Park. Dean B was great! He helped me look, sit, and test drive vehicles that fit my bill. He was conversational and kind. He listened the day that I came in to look, and remembered some of the details of what mattered most. We test drove 2 cars and fell in love. Tina met me too. My family asked her a few questions about the Outback and I loved her open feedback about her own vehicle. I have been thrilled with my purchase and felt like the staff genuinely cared about the experience. She was so welcoming and made sure I was well taken care of. “We had a great car buying experience at Morrie’s Mazda despite some major mechanical issues with our old car that forced us into a replacement. We weren’t prepared for the buying process, but Jordan got us into a vehicle same-day for a test drive, and worked through various financing scenarios with us for consideration. Our plan was to purchase a CX-90 but changed our mind the next day when we were planning to sign off on the deal. Jordan and the dealership team pivoted with no trouble and got us into a great new CX-5.

James generously took a lot of time explaining the process to me on the phone before we even met. I really appreciated that. No other company I contacted was willing to spend that kind of time!

“Got the works+ package, my sunroof was still dirty and the dryer cloth spinners didnt work at the end they kinda just tapped the side of the car and then raised back up but otherwise it was okay. Probably wouldnt pay the 21 for works+ again though if my car with still have dirt in some areas.”

“Just like the name says, you get treated like a VERY important person here! I have spoken to Derrick (store manager) multiple times recently and every time, he's extremely polite, generous, kind, and even when I know he could have done some upselling, he keeps it real when you need to stay reasonable and affordable. I had a favorite mechanic before this, but I think I'm moving to VIP for most things going forward!
(If you're curious, I had a bad starter that got replaced for a very good deal!)”

Some asphalt crap got in our car and he told us to meet him at the side after our wash and he has some solution to help us remove the nasty stuff off our car! “I have had both of my cars fully detailed at Cloud 9 each spring for more than a decade. I keep cars a long time and having them detailed regularly keeps them looking great regardless of the years I've owned them. Chris, the manager of the detail shop, is very professional, friendly and committed to doing a thorough job each time. Most recently, he helped me find someone to repair a tear in a leather seat and replace some worn lettering on the center console while my car was being detailed. I often say to Chris that for many people having their car detailed would cure the urge to buy a new one. Believe me, it's money well spent and you will enjoy driving your car even more after the detail.”

“Exactly what you’d need/expect from a manual car wash. It’s 20 minutes out of the way for me but worth it to get a solid clean. Vacuums are meh but fine, and says open 24 hours but occasionally I’ve been by and they’ll be closed randomly which is inconvenient.”

Used the soft touch wash and had no issues. I didn't see the range of foamy chemicals and colors I'm used to seeing with most similar car washes, but the car looks clean and shiny so I'll assume it did all the steps I paid for.”

“I had a minor gripe with Youngstedts that I voiced and I incredibly impressed with managements response. They were friendly and handled everything really well. Turns out the issue is somewhat unique to my car and we got it sorted. The exact opposite of what I've experienced at the chain washes.
10 out of 10. Would enthusiastically recommend.”
“I had 2 license plate screws break off the back and needed to get my license plate on. After weeks of it taped in the back window, on a whim I stopped at this BP and talked with Todd (owner/manager?). He said, "do you want me to just take care of it now?". Sure!! 4 minutes and 6 dollars later, my plate is on and perfect!! He just went right next to the old holes, and drilled new ones.”

“New convert! Great carwash. My car prefers the gentle treatment received here to some other places hard bristly scrubbers. I purchased the silver basic wash with under carriage rinse. Two guys gently hand scrub car before entering the automatic wash, then hand dry. Very satisfied. (Competitive prices too)”
