This was my first visit to BP for service. It was great being able to schedule evening service when my car started making scary noises. I was certain it would be a very expensive, major repair and was more than surprised when it was an easy, quick, inexpensive fix. I drive an older car and sometimes have a chip on my shoulder about Wayzata classism…and was only treated with warmth and courtesy by BP staff. Thank you!!!

For an emergency unplanned problem with my car, BP did an excellent job and got it done earlier than originally projected.

Wayzata did an amazing job. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day to diagnose a major coolant leak, and they replaced the radiator on the same day as well. They also had a loaner car for me so I could still get around. Thank you so much!

I need a lot of work on my car and they (Andrew?) Was so nice to me about it! He Took time to explain and didnt up charge. He wasn't in a hurry and had very good eye contact. He said that he could work with me on cost. Now that I moved here, I plan to use them every time! Thanks for caring.

The team at the Wayzata BP service station saved my day, when I had a flat tire Saturday AM. I called and was able to drop off the car immediately. I got a ride with a friend to a seminar that I had to attend and when I got back, in the afternoon, my tire was fixed. Price tag: $37!
The BP crew is awesome!

My experience with this particular bp has always been fabulous. In a world that you don't always know who to trust (esp. in the car industry and me being a woman), I have always felt that they are honest and reliable. They tell you exactly what needs to be done and what can wait. I have recommended my daughter and my friends to always check out bp in Wayzata.
