The service is always thorough and the mechanics analyze and repair our vehicle with great skill and professionalism. The service advisors are knowledgeable and courteous and keep us informed about what is happening to our vehicle. The lounge has comfortable chairs as well as free snacks and beverages. “YOU WILL BE PLEASED!!!! The owner didn’t name his business O.C.Detail for nothing! Not a crumb, not a speck of glitter left in my SUV after Chris and his team finished with my vehicle. I have heated and cooled leather seats, therefore I have these little holes in the leather and debris had built up in the holes. This was bothering me and I totally forgot to ask Chris to make sure to get this. Did I even have to ask, when I picked up my )vehicle it was if it was brand spanking new!!!Thank you!!!!”

I’m taking away a star this time because the original estimate was $1,667 but the final cost ended up being $2,099. I could understand some additional costs, but this was unexpected, and seemed pretty high to me.”
“James and Evan are artists! I wanted PPF applied to the front of my car and ceramic coating over the whole car. James generously took a lot of time explaining the process to me on the phone before we even met. I really appreciated that. No other company I contacted was willing to spend that kind of time!
I am very pleased with the result of all work they did. Glisten is an honest business that really takes pride in its work and treats the customer very well. Highly recommended!”

“I always go to this maaco when I need a paint job. Andy is a great guy. He painted my black town car and my wifes white ford focus. I cant say ive had a better experience. After 4 years the paint is still holding up. There are a few rusted out areas but thats not Andys fault. If you want a trusted maaco this is the place. Only wish he would paint boats and aircraft. My cessna 150 needs a paint job pretty badly.”
“My car had been stored for a while, and unfortunately, filled with mildew. My insurance agent recommended Zukes. Chris (I think that's his name) could not have been nicer. The car needed a quick turn around so it could go on a trip, and he worked with me and took it right before the holiday weekend. He was prompt, he kept me updated, and the car looked unbelievable when it was done. Truly, it looked like it came off the showroom floor, it didn't smell of Mildew and somehow he got between the seats, you would never know what bad shape it was in before. I can't say enough about what a good experience it was.”
“Joe and Kelsey were a pleasure to work with. After my wife was rear ended on 94 they set proper expectations after estimate with current Mazda parts shortages and worked with adjuster to ensure the right parts came in. It took over a month, but Joe/Kelsey even offered to pay for the extended rental because of delay. Hopefully they didn’t have to and insurance would step in but still..Great service and they made time even when they didn’t have time to answer calls. Rear of car looks better and shiny than pre accident. If you are in unfortunate situation of getting in a car wreck check out Minnetonka Collision Center in Plymouth!”

“Normally I clean my car myself, and am very picky and unsure of letting anyone do so however I had just driven across states. The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. I am still beyond impressed with the quality, service, as well as employees they have working, as a young man with his first car it’s nice knowing a place will care for your vehicle I will definitely be back!!!”

I keep cars a long time and having them detailed regularly keeps them looking great regardless of the years I've owned them. Chris, the manager of the detail shop, is very professional, friendly and committed to doing a thorough job each time. Most recently, he helped me find someone to repair a tear in a leather seat and replace some worn lettering on the center console while my car was being detailed. I often say to Chris that for many people having their car detailed would cure the urge to buy a new one. Believe me, it's money well spent and you will enjoy driving your car even more after the detail.”

I’m back in Eden Prairie for the summer, and the staff here is every bit as good as Fort Myers. There is a young lady named Lena that is unbelievable! She actually dances as she directs you into the car wash. You can tell that she really loves her job! Mister does a great job at hiring quality people.”
