Don't call these guys for a car.Had a car listed was supposed to be cleaned up.I called 5 days before it sold.Two people call me back saying they're gonna text me and message me as soon as they Have car all cleaned up?Never call me back and sold the car.Two people calling me To sell a car and Can.

Bobby was very helpful. I did not buy my F-150 from him, but the one I test drove there was very nice and a good deal. Bobby was very helpful and not to pushy.

Called the day to go see a car at 5:15. Before I left town to go up on a hour 15 minute drive I called them again making sure they still have the car, they said yes. Get there and i guess the car was already sold. Terrible communication. Just know when you call see if it’s available or when you set you drive time it’s someone from out of state so they don’t even know if the cars there. Avoid waisting your time here.

Auto Center Bargain Lot had my dream SUV. And I wasn’t sure if I could even get into it!! However Moses and Don made it happen!! Moses went above and beyond for me to get this dream vehicle for me!! And I’m so happy and grateful to the team at Auto Center! They are very honest people who really care about their customers!! Thank you Moses!! You’re the best! ?

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with Auto Center Bargain Lot.
I bought my first car there almost 30 years ago, and received excellent service. Now that it's time for my daughter to buy her first car I was kind of excited that she saw a couple at this dealership that she liked.
We had just gone to a dealership in Waconia and it was 7:15pm. Before driving 30 minutes to Auto Center Bargain Lot we called. We talked with Ashley. We knew that arriving 10 minutes before they closed (8pm) would not allow us to test drive the two cars she was interested in, but we wanted to check them out to see if she would like to keep them on her list of "possibles". I said that I understood if ten minutes before close was too late, that we would save it for another day. She assured me that we would be fine and that somebody would be there to help us.
We arrived at 7:47 and all of the lights were off. We called again and spoke with somebody else. They assured us that if we went to the front of the building, that somebody would be there to help us. The doors were locked, the lights were off, nobody came to help us. We milled about the lot for almost 20 minutes looking at the cars. Nobody came besides a guy that said he was the cleaner. Only one of the cars she saw online was there. It looked nice, but how much can you tell about a car with tinted windows after 8pm?
I was very disappointed. We each wasted an hour and twenty minutes after calling and being assured that we were not inconveniencing them and that we would be helped. We were not. I'm assuming that the two ladies we spoke to were part of a call center and not the dealership. Regardless, our time was wasted and you received a bad review.

Despite requesting additional pictures I did not get any. We are about a 4-hour drive from this dealership so wanted to get some additional information before driving up there.
When my husband called to talk to them about it, they were really friendly until he mentioned we would be financing locally and not with them.
I shared this information with the woman I had been in contact with and that we had decided not to proceed with purchasing this vehicle and that no further communication was needed. The dealership continued to relentlessly contact me via phone and e-mail until I had to block their number and e-mail address despite me asking them repeatedly not to contact me any more.
So, if you have anyone you dislike and would like to inconvenience them with relentless phone calls and e-mails, request information on one of the vehicles on this lot.
The google reviews are accurate.

Definitely look at the website before walking in to see their inventory. You can also see the carfax on all the vehicles which helps in making a decision. They helped us get a nice modern family car at a price we could afford. Since it was technically purchased at the Lexus dealer down the road I was able to get free diagnostics including an oil pressure test that would’ve run me at least 100$ at a shop when I ran into issues typical for a 10 year old car. They were very transparent about the cars history. Been driving it for 6 months and after flushing the radiator, it runs beautifully. We will definitely be looking here again the next time we need a vehicle.

You have yourselves a real Gem there, Bobby was hands down one of the best down to earth salesman I’ve ever met. I had two vehicles I was going to look at when I went to Wayzata, one was at your dealership and the other one was at the dealership down the road. Bobby explained he was able to help me test drive both of them. He took his time taking us out and was very personable. He made looking for a car less stressful.. You can tell he has a heart of gold the way he looked out for me. I did purchase my vehicle through the other dealership, Bobby went above and beyond. He was so patient and answered all my questions. Thank you Bobby for all your help! Give that man a raise ?
