This Travis was so incredibly helpful And knowledgeable with my Jeep Grand Cherokee ! He went out of his way above and beyond helping me troubleshoot what the problem was. Very polite and nice people here not to exspensive either and willing to help my truck wouldn't start after they did the exhaust and it was outside norm and his employee went out of there way to make sure it got running even when I wasn't there they let me leave it there and called when it was fixed very kind and caring people here very reliable and trust worthy highly recommend going here.

I got ripped off from another local auto repair shop in Waverly and took my truck to Norms. he had to redo everything that they did and Norm did it though RIGHT way. highly recommend norms to anyone in the area.
