I literally had to come in there with my gun to be treated respectfully and staff to stop play immature games. Especially from Patti a 60+ year old child.

Gas price was $2.99 gallon. This is a clean store. Great location right on hwy 12. It is a full convenience store.

Love the staff here stop every day before and sometimes after work. Always move the lines quick always make small talk all around kind and helpful. Only reason I leave a star off is like all holidays the food is trash. Take a note from Kwick trip. If this holiday served any Kwick trips food I would have no reason to go to any other gas station.

Very rude clerk that tried to short change me. When I called him on a $20.00 mistake he suggested I don’t come back. Hard to change old habits of where you stop but I might have to after 50 plus years! The proof was my $20.00 scratch off that was in the trash can! He did wish me a happy day. I returned that I was sorry I spoiled his. He then suggested I don’t return!

Since starting my new job in waverly, I stop at least once a day at this location. Every day I have to correct the employee on the price of a refill fountain pop. They are .89 with tax .96 not 1.06. Now I would normally not make a big deal about .10 but how rude the employees are just irritates me. After finally correcting them AGAIN on 1-09-20 and showing the manger Missy, the sign that clearly states .89 for a refill she tried to tell me that’s only if I purchase the pop in their cup. Not true. Then this afternoon when I stopped before going home, there was 6 people in line waiting to check out, one lady was counting down her till and the other employee ringing, then the third employee just standing and staring at all of us waiting in line. As it was finally my turn to pay for my .89 REFILLED pop the employee leaving for the day was behind the counter with 2 print and plays and 3 Scratch off tickets totaling $20. Mind you the employee at the till rang her up BEFORE ME. I AM STANDING AT THE COUNTER AS THIS OCCURS WITH 4 PEOPLE BEHIND ME. Needless to say the store needs proper management on every shift. Will not be returning anytime soon. This all occurred on 1-09-20 first incident was around 9:30 am and the second at 4:20 pm
