“I got delayed in traffic and pulled into the drive through at BankWest in Rockford at 6:03, and the closed signs were lit up on the canopy, so I just passed through. The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”
“The buffalo location has always been great. Linda is our favorite bank teller, she always remembers my daughter's name and sends out treats. My kiddo always asks to come to the bank to see her. She also helped me when I didn't understand a charge to my account and helped me get it refunded.”

“I will be forever grateful to Citizens Alliance Bank!!! I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years. When the pandemic hit I thought that loyalty would be of great value. I could never have imagined how wrong I was. When Wells Fargo horrifically failed my business and so many thousands of other small businesses, Citizens Alliance Bank was right there to be our saving grace. The bankers were personable, knowledgeable and communicative. They literally worked tirelessly to make sure our PPP application was accepted by the SBA. When I say tirelessly, I mean we were able to actively communicate with a banker at 12:30 am when we first found out we were approved. The application was approved and funded within 3 days!!! My business, my family and I cannot thank Citizens enough and I could not recommend a bank more!!!”
