Jess is amazing! My girls and I enjoy seeing her and having a girls day out. She is personable and reads your mind. Glad someone knows style because I fail at it. She definitely takes pride in her work.

So a little back story: I was in desperate need of a haircut after not having one in over 2 years(I used the same stylist for 20 years so I’ve never really had to go to anyone else but everyone i knew recommended 514 salon) I’m talking layers with tons of split ends/dead hairs and I was completely UNhappy with how I looked. I went to Jess here at 514 and she helped save most of my length and never once made me feel bad for neglecting my hair! I battle with depression and ptsd/anxiety everyday and thanks to Jess I’m starting to love myself again! Thank you so much Jess and can’t wait to finish it with color in a couple weeks!
