Imagine taking your vehicle to a dealership for maintenance and repair in I believe April and it’s still at the shop and not fixed . I wanted it done by the 4th of July and it never happened, wanted it for my birthday in August and it’s still not fixed. Everyone else gets vehicles fixed before I do. Not sure I would go back. Sadly I put money down before the repair before the Explorer is fixed and I’m still waiting. Good mechanic but not the place to go if you need the vehicle back soon.

After I had gotten an oil change here, I let my car sit for a few hours and when I went to start it my engine was rattling/ticking . I returned my car and the oil was drained and completely dark, and there was a metal piece in my oil filter. The problem was not fixed and now I have to go out of my way at my expense and get it fixed . Poor service and extremely unsatisfied.!!!!!!!
