Worst possible provider!!! They stole our web address & lied about it. Now we have to jump through 10,000 hoops to get it back. We are filing a "cease and desist order" against them. OMG - awful!!!!!

When you have to call them and then they tell you your package you have been paying for is outdated so they just give you faster internet is stupid. Essentially if you don't call them every month you don't know if you are getting the speeds are paying for. Not to mention their coverage and speeds are so terrible.

Terrible, overpriced, unreliable internet service. Goes down frequently which is really inconvenient when you rely on it for your online college classes. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I have called 4 times and every time I have been told that someone will call me back in the next couple of days and nobody has ever called back. Also I have been paying for Internet that I didn't want and every time I try and get it changed they say someone will have to call me back. It's been a year now and I'm trying to cancel my service and they are trying to charge me $99 just to cancel my service that I didn't want in the first place. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
