“I had a great experience with Bocks When I needed to tow my van to a different location. When I called my roadside assistance company, they initially sent out another company to come pick up the vehicle. When they arrived, they were unable to tow my vehicle, and were unable to go get the correct equipment in order to tell my vehicle, and claimed that it wasn’t worth their time and they wouldn’t get paid to do the service.I called my insurance company back to get a new company to come out. I knew that I needed a flatbed truck in order to tow my van, and my insurance company dropped the ball again and sent me another wrecker From Bocks. When I explain the situation to the driver, he was much more understanding than the other company was and was willing to go get his flatbed tow truck despite possibly not getting paid for the flatbed and getting wrecker rates.
