I've had my car at Rusty's twice now, and I have zero complaints. He even helped me source a used transmission. Very reasonable rates, quick turnaround time, excellent communication, and very patient with a curious customer. Thanks Rusty (and sons)!

I had a grinding sound when I would brake so I took my car to Tires Plus in Mankato. They told me I had to have my brake pads, drums, calipers and other parts to be totally replaced at a price of $600+. I wasn't prepared to pay that much so I had them put my car back together and I went on my way. My car sounded different but still grinding when I drove it afterwards.I saw Rusty's Auto repair sign and I gave him a call. He got back to me after looking at my back brakes and said that NONE of my brakes had to be replaced because they were fine. I was totally shocked and happy to say the least. Rusty fixed a squeal near my radiator that I've had for years for $160. I will go back to Rusty for all of my car repairs! I would give him 5 stars +.

Shout out to rusty and sons. Thanksgiving night 9 pm. Saved us. Brings me a new tire helps me put it on. I want to thank you and your family so much we got home safe and sound. I highly i mean highly recomend this company over otheres in area. Called him at 9 was at the location by 925 with a new tire on Thanksgiving. NO OTHER COMPANY WOULD BESIDES RUSTY AND SONS ??

I cannot recommend Rusty & Sons highly enough. I was driving on highway 60 near Waterville and struck an animal. My car was not drivable and I was upset. I called and they were there in a few minutes. They repaired my car on the spot so that it was drivable. I was beyond thrilled just with that. Even more impressive was how kind they were. Rusty even reached out to me the next day to make sure I had arrived home safely. I am grateful for their competent and caring service. I wish I could award more stars!

He was kind, fair, and even was kind enough to try a few quick fixes on a truck I just purchased, out of kindness and the quote to go back was very reasonable and after a little time going over a few things I purchased the trailer and now will return for more work for my truck! Wonderful waterfront setting and views located in Waterville MNThank you for your service and wonderful staffing (including the cute pup)

Amazing customer experience. Had a shifter cable go out in my car. Wasn't a 100% sure what it was, but Rusty came out to give me a tow and confirmed the issue and got my car in and me a ride back home. Was truly treated like family and been telling EVERYONE since. 5 stars + for the service. Would highlyrecommend.Service: Car towing

Rusty and his crew have been plowing my driveway for more years than I can remember. He and his team are always prompt and do an excellent job every single time!I cannot say enough good things. When I traveled for my job, Rusty made sure I could get out so I could get to the airport.Goose and Jared are awesome. They know I have back issues and do their best to go the extra mile of shoveling my drain when the snow is wet and heavy.Above all, they are kind and compassionate and I appreciate them. Always.

Driving on highway 60 it was very icy, rusty was very kind in stopping on his way home from a doctors appointment and pulling my out of a ditch, very quick, and a super nice guy. Thank you.
