“Our first time at this meat market.....not much in the case, but after asking if they had a chuck roast the meat market guy brought out a beautiful piece of meat, we also bought the "salt & pepper hamburger" (I pan fried these burgers for dinner tonight!! Oh my.......this was the BEST BURGER I have ever had 5 stars!!!!!! So good!!!!!! Even though we live 28 minutes away, we will be back!I can't wait to make my chuck roast! We also bought summer sausage! Ate this on crackers this afternoon......5 stars again!! ❤️”
“My wife found some breakfast links from Schroeder's at the grocery store and the whole family absolutely loved them. I brought my deer trimmings to them and had summer sausage and breakfast links made, and WOW are they amazing.

“Staff is always friendly, and eager to assist. Their products are local farms and that comes through in the flavor. Breakfast burritos are delicious, meats are fantastic, beef sticks and summer sausage are average. Pot pies are a must try!
