7/8/24 - Had an appointment with Mindy. Waited 45 minutes. I felt very disrespected having to wait and no one telling me what the challenge was.....Mindy not saying a word about the long wait.
Mindy did listen to the reason I was there and followed through with the chest ex-rays I requested.
I felt a disconnect after traveling more than an hour for my appointment and getting to my scheduled appointment in plenty of time. This experience was VERY different that my first visit
with Mindy.

Great clinic! Brought our son in to get checked for a cold and saw Mindy. She was great with the him and his sister. The clinic staff was very friendly and helpful! We found our new family medical clinic!

Excellent clinic! We love the doctors and nursing staff here. They are thoughtful and kind. We always feel cared about and are treated well. The receptionists are great about getting us an appointment when needed. We've had many last minute reasons to be seen quickly and they've always been there for us. The people who work here are highly trustworthy and down-to-earth. This has been our clinic of choice in the area for over 15 years! Thank you Catalyst for all you do!

All I can say is everyone there treats you like family from the ladies at the front desk when checks is in , to the nursing staff that walk you back and does you vitals and updates your meds and ask you why your hear and what's wrong . To one of the best Doctor's that God created Dr. Whisler and Dr Jensen whom both are the best at not just being doctor's there very thural to make sure everything possible to give you the best treatment plan I could right a long book like the great one Dr. Jensen wroteI have nothing except great things to say to the cares to both my wife and I yet all our many children ... Thank you to all the staff love , prayers and many years of blessings ahead for all ??

I’ve been going to Watertown catalyst since I was well.. in my mom’s stomach and I’ll be 31 this year, I don’t think I could ever go somewhere else for medical care my doctor is the best and most easiest person to talk to! Thank you doctor Dr. Whisler and Dr.jensen for the amazing care through out the years ❤️

Really liked my doctor, but when I was told that my blood test results would be back the day following my visit, it led me to expected a call. I decided to call to see if there was any news and I was told to "sit tight" by the receptionist. Not what you want to hear when you are anxious and concerned about test results. I know they are busy, but their bedside manner could use a bit of polish.

I will no longer go to this clinic. I am greatly disappointed that Dr Jensen has made his personal opinions about Covid a political issue. The fact that Dr Jensen has chosen to down play the virus to suit his political ideology is surprising. He took an oath to do no harm yet he continues to post rants about our governor’s mandates on masking and closures. His office will provide no information about vaccines. I called to find out how to get vaccinated and was told they won’t give that out. As a patient of Catalyst, with an 85 year old mother and living with cancer myself, I find his thinking much like that of a “God Panel”. Stating on Facebook that those who are at most risk can fend for themselves while those who aren’t should be out dining and playing. All I want to know is how to get vaccinated so I don’t die. To me, withholding that information is criminal. As a medical professional I think Dr Jensen’s actions regarding Covid are dangerous and send misinformation to the public.
