We’ve been coming to this vet for years and they are amazing with care/help for all types of animals. The front desk, the veterinarians, everyone we have met that works there are genuine and caring and you can tell they all love what they do. I recommend them to anyone who has animals. Thank you for everything you guys do :) Keeping all our fur babies happy and healthy

We had taken all of our dogs here since we moved to Waseca 8 years ago. We had never had an issue outside of the policies getting increasingly more about money and less about care. Our puppy became sick on a Saturday. I called in immediately because they had Saturday hours. Before they even asked about what was happening. I was told they would require 200.00 for a same day appointment on top of the regular fees. Our puppy was very sick but being retired it was more then we could afford at that moment. Especially not knowing what was wrong with our puppy and how much that would be to help her. We called other vets and found one who was willing to stay after their Saturday hours to see our pup. We were grateful to find a vet that cared about what was happening to our puppy and wasn't about money first. The vet hadn't even ever seen any of our dogs before. I'm disappointed to say the least in our regular vet.The prices had been steadily going up but we felt our dogs got good care. Sue in the front was always wonderful to us. We appreciated the kindness she always showed us. This was it for us though with Waseca vet. They are purely about the money. The new vet may not be as convenient but they care about our dogs. We can depend on them to be there when emergencies come up.
