“Our experience with United Prairie in Waseca has been overall, positive. We have been banking with them since 2007 and they’ve always gone above and beyond in customer service.Recently they really shined more than ever and it’s something I can’t thank them for enough. The people in Waseca who represent United Prairie really care about the customers and they go the extra mile for them. Larger banks (no disrespect) do not look out for their customers like United Prairie does in my experiences. Diana, in particular, (but everyone there is wonderful!) is a prime example of an person who goes out of her way to be helpful, professional and provide the best customer service possible to customers. It’s truly heartwarming to know that I’m a valued customer and I would not bank anywhere else at this point. Thank you United Prairie employees!!!”
