I give the 2 gentlemen I spoke with on the phone today a 10! They were wonderful but unfortunately were unable to assist with the issue. I give Verizon's a -10 for service on my phone and home WIFI. There are many people in our area at this time. I have been told my issue is an outdated SIM card. I find this hard to believe since there are so many other people in the area experiencing the same issue. I asked if there was any kind of outage and the tech checked. He informed me there wasn't. We are finding it extremely difficult to use our devices and this needs to be addressed. I have always had Verizon but may be checking on other providers in our area for better service.

A couple things to acknowledge for anyone whose made a drive to this particular store. They are not tech support for your phone. Wasting your time. This & the Rouseau establishment believe making you buy a new phone is the answer to all your problems.
They open and close the stores because they lack proper staffing. That will be fixed soon!
Whoever is the Regional Manager, needs to be fired immediately. They expect shady practices out of their employees who are locally from this town & will fire anyone who opposes them. It would seem they have had no District Manager for MONTHS. They're out to destroy the reputation of not only their business but also the locals who've found a job working under them. Why sabotage your own employees? I've counted 8+ former employees cycled out. Main reason? Lack of resources. Unfair pressures from management & met with bitter customers are expected help with zero resources.
Do not expect your employees to risk their integrity in a small town. They will not lie for your business. Some customers are bound to be in many circles. The only reason the rating isn't any lower is because some of your customers don't even know how to work Google.
I've heard nothing but complaints about this & the Rouseau store. It's so bad that former employees either quit due to stress or they're fired due to unfair circumstances. Lazy employees are glorified for cheating the townspeople. Good employees suffer.
Beware of Verizon in general adding extra plans right under your nose. Recently, they've been increasing their text spams to Rouseau County.

My husband and I drove 40 miles one way to trade in our phones. We walked in, were not greeted or acknowledged by the two young men working. We browsed for 5ish minutes and finally approached them as they hadn’t asked us if we needed help or anything. They told us to set up an appointment to buy new phones. We said we came from out of town and took off work to get here, realizing 50 minutes would be cutting it close. They said since it takes close to two hours, they wouldn’t be able to help us. It was very clear they did not care about us looking to buy over $1200 worth of products or providing even sub-par service. I’m not very optimistic that the generic “sorry about your service, we’ll look into it” response will even be done.

I went there to see if I could get a new sim card for my phone and it was closed when on the web site it says they are open so it must be nice to be there when you want to and not care if you are there to open when the store is suppose to be open. I will not be going Russell cellular for any of problems since there is never anyone working

Since Russell Cellular took over the 2 locations service has been horrible. Absolutely would not recommend using this location for your next upgrade or service

The staff use the fact that they are an "indirect" sales office for Verizon, as an excuse to not have a clue what they're doing. They owe me $70 for activation of two phones for a plan that didn't exist. Cancelled directly with Verizon in one week.

Not a pleasant experience. Expect to be there all day to get anything figured out. Bills constantly messed up and screwed out of money. Will not be back unfortunately.
