Within less than 2weeks, thrifty white has not had the prescriptions I required. The most recent, they sent only enough for less than 2days! After a horrendous week in the hospital, I couldn't be without it. And not enough for even the weekend??!!!!! I'm very disappointed and will probably have to find another pharmacy that's more reliable.
The other prescription was to be picked up on our way home from the Roseau ER. Thrifty white had one of the prescriptions, but not the one that was more important. Had to return the following day to get it.
What good is a pharmacy if you can't get the meds you need when you need them???

Walked in to get meds and they were closed due to staffing. Drive thru only. What a waste of time for me. Post it on the front door next time!

The pharmacist at this thrifty (Bucko) is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and always willing to explain things thoroughly.

Was the only customer in the store and had to call my doctor in front of the cupcake eating pharmacist assistant to prove my medical were sent there. She told me to wait 3 hours for bucko to get back... easier to call the pharmacist in altru Grand Forks and get it mailed. Correct and faster!

I ADORE their Pharmacy Staff! I used Goodrx.com monthly for my 2 Rx when I moved here 2yrs ago. After 6 months, they were same price. Then their price were cheaper than Goodrx! Pharmacist is Helpful\\u0026Kind. Now, Staff know my name \\u0026know my needs. At Bagley, MN Thrifty White Pharmacy-I thought ALL Thrifty White Pharmacies were all rude, intrusive\\u0026late until I moved here. Thank U4 giving me hope in local businesses again!

Came from Roseau to pick up prescriptions I called when I was more than 1/2 hour away to make sure the prescriptions would be ready when I got here (for my 7 month old baby) they told me they would be ready in 15 minutes. Got here and still waiting 1/2 hour later and still don’t have them.
