The hotel part of the casino was nicely upgraded with new carpet throughout it appeared. You do hear the trains at night if that bothers you you might think about it There was no souvenir or gift shop on site that I saw
Restaurant on site is very limited mostly hamburger type food and the café was minimal

My wife has been traveling and working in Warroad for over a month now. She has had nothing but problems with this hotel. The staff are unwilling to accommodate her odd work hours and will not flex on check in times or check out times. They have zero communication skills among each other. I spoke with the manager and she was completely rude. I recommend not even trying to get a room here if you plan a staying off and on long term for work.

Machines are great, service is good. The casino is clean. My only objection is the Cattail cafe customer service was rude and unhelpful. Ended up leaving before we ordered after a hour wait for service.b

Was good but the food was terrible and I got onion rings the girl put the bottom of the bag in the fryer and about threw them at me very pissed off .. I work at a great bar and grill never would I give service or send food out like that ...

We had been staying in Baudette the night before crossing the Canadian border traveling to the northwest angle but the trains kept us awake all night long. Seven Clans was very quiet and beautiful rooms with a view of Lake of the Woods. Not much more cost than before and soooooo restful.
The breakfast offerings were tasty and filling at a modest price.
Thank you for a pleasant stay. Next time we may even gamble! The room cost is much less if you participate.

We went there for a carshow. We visit the restaurant inside the casino for supper. First, the waitress was very nice. But we waited for our food a very long time, which was delicious. After our supper, we went to the bar. The server here totally ignored us, so we left.

Had a blast playing, we even won! I got free money to play with when I got a member card PLUS extra for my birthday!!
My husband is a veteran, and they have great bonuses for them. He gets a room there complementary for 1 night every month... can you say date night for us?!!
The concierge person who helped me was kind, friendly, and fun to chat with. I wish I could remember his name because he was very nice!
The building was clean, gaming machines were in great shape, and overall, a very nice-looking casino!

We spent one night here and had a good time. Food was good and room was very nice. We really appreciate the fact that all 3 of the Seven Clans Casinos honor veterans with 2 free rooms a month as well as food discounts. Machines are typical casino games...I had great luck, hubby not so much. We will be back.
