Izzy's was delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, the pillows had just the right amount of fluff to them, and my shower was the perfect temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean but a bit old-school. Our bathroom door was not in good shape. The girl on the front desk was not really communicating. But all over, it was good.

They patch is a just that. A patch to cover up whatever needs patching.
The carpets were sticky, beds were hard as concrete, two travel pillows, zero sound barrier in between the walls, customer service was in the negative and the sidewalks were glare ice both days. Yes, I understand it is a "not so classy" motel. It surely wasn't my choice to book this but our groups. I originally booked the wrong weekend through Expedia. I canceled the reservation with a confirmed email, I was still charged by The Patch a no-show fee of $166.28. The weekend I needed the room, we still stayed there. I went to the front desk to discuss this issue, they took down my name and number and never called. I called and spoke to the manager after our stay, she was rude, repeated how it was not their fault, and refused to hear me, reimburse me or assist. I'd recommend any other establishment in the area.

Dear Manager of this Motel!D O B E T T E R!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting! For $150.00/night this is what your customers get to look forward to? No discount, just “we will change the sheets?” Who the hell would want to sleep on those mattresses after you change the sheets! Whoever cleaned those rooms and made those beds last should be F I R E D! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! But let me guess, since they traveled 5 1/2 hours for a hockey tournament, you feel you don’t have to work with them because there aren’t other options available! Make this situation right!!!!

The place is OK, but just OK. The rooms are nice enough however, they just feel a little cold. The front desk staff are somewhat helpful, but perhaps have been there too long to really provide next level service. It’s not a bad place to stay at certainly clean and is being updated. It’s just a little vanilla all around.

I have stayed here before and didn't hesitate to book 5 nights recently. We are not they type to need our room cleaned or new towels daily so we put the "do not disturb" sign out for the first 2 days. The 3rd day I put the "please clean room" sign out and nothing happened in our room. Our towels probably would have been ok, but local temps had been in the 90's for a couple of days and our AC wasn't dealing well with the humidity-everything felt wet. I spoke to the front desk staff regarding the AC (was told "well, the humidity is really high" as she ran a finger across her upper lip area and told me of the people who's unit failed "it was like a sauna in there") and asked for clean towels. No housekeeping again on Day 4. That night I went to the desk and said politely "I don't mean to be rude, but is there not housekeeping service here?" I was told there was, and that "they were so busy today". I explained that here we were going on our 5th night in the hotel and had not had any housekeeping service in our room at all. I also explained my previous concern about the AC unit (she added it to maintenance work list). Also got more dry towels. We were out of the hotel early each morning and returned late evening because we were visiting family that lived local and attending events.

Just nasty and reeked of pot smoke. This place should be condemned. Rooms are dirty , smelly, mildew. Bugs, stains on bedding. Hairy

great location and very reasonably priced, but rooms were kind of dirty when we arrived and the man working the desk was very very rude. when asked for coffee creamer for the coffee bar, he limited each cup of coffee to two creamers and one sugar. when asked for an extra pillow, he stated there were none in the motel. the whole building stunk of cigarettes and weed, and throughout the night we could hear everything in the motel...i mean EVERYTHING.Rooms: rooms were not cleaned well and they smelt horribly
