AMAZING deal! Room was spotless(and I mean SPOTLESS) and included a smart TV. Everyone was super kind and the hotel was quiet. Made a really easy last minute booking at the desk; really seems like the owners care about their business! If I ever make it back to Warroad, I will be staying here again!!

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Had a coffee maker in the room but no sweetener. When I called the desk for sweetener she said they don’t have sweetener in the hotel. Then why have coffee?? A soft chair in the room would be nice as there was plenty of room. In a town without any restaurants open for breakfast a breakfast in the hotel would have been good.Food & drinks: Need a place that offer breakfast!!

This hotel is exceptionally clean!!!! The staff and owners are so nice and friendly.The room is very standard for a budget hotel- TV, fridge, hairdryer, iron. The beds and linens were clean but typical budget hotel quality. The location is great- right off the main road through town. We will definitely stay here again.Cons: not ADA accessible, no breakfast

I spent just over 3 week's at the CanAm this year, starting in May and ending in June. I've stayed here every year since Wendy and Damon purchased the motel. They continue to make improvements, it's a pleasure to stay, everyone is very pleasant and accommodating. It's my 'go to home' away from home once and sometimes twice a year.I like the openness around the motel, walking distance to the grocery store/Caribou coffee.I hope to get back there later this year.Thank you Wendy and Damon and everyone.

We experienced several issues while staying at this motel. The most irritating was when we lost a good night of sleep due to the loudness coming from the room above us. I contacted the front desk person, Lisa, twice and she chuckled as she indicated she would move the family above us to another room; this did not happen. I then spoke with her as we were checking out at which point she told me the owner, Wendy, would rectify the situation and make it right. She also told me Wendy would call me. Not any of what I was told took place. I then telephoned the motel several times to speak with the manager, Wendy. It was Wednesday by the time I spoke with her; we checked out on Sunday. At this point, Wendy, sounded angry at me, the customer for being upset with the loudness in the motel and was rude. She also told me she would give a partial reimbursement; that did not happen. Upon arrival to our room some one had been smoking; this was a "non smoking" motel and the room smelled of cigarettes. I would not recommend this motel.

The no smoking room smelled as if someone had just smoked a cigarette prior to our arrival. Cigarette burns in the carpet. We reported this to the front desk person who did not seem concerned at all. No apologies at all. During our stay the people on the second floor above us were very, very loud so we could not sleep. Reported this to Front Desk person, Lisa, who informed us that she would take care of the situation. That didn't happen. Reported the situation to her again, nothing was done. No apologies, just a chuckle. Needless to say, we lost a night of sleep. Would not recommend this hotel. Poor management and help.

Really nice rooms and really decent price. Only problem was that the water was yellow / light brown color. We let it run for a bit too and it was still like that.

Spacious room, no breakfast with Covid, but supermarket is next door with Starbucks inside.
