I’m here to deliver and pick up. My appointment was for 14:00. I got here at 13:45. You will need paperwork, ID, and phone number and have to wait for someone to come break your seal. They stated they will call me when the dock is available. I waited 3hrs for someone to break the seal then gave me a dock. It’s now 18:35 and they haven’t touched my trailer yet. Done at 20:30

I cannot say they are good or bad. My dry van trailer was rejected due to staining on the floor from my previous load so make sure your trailer is CLEAN before arriving.

Got here at 5 am for my 7 am appt, guy knock on my door told me to check in so they can unload me I was out of there by 6:30.. deserve a 5 star

Not at all as bad as the comments lead you to believe. Nice people, clean and quiet, nice country drive in and out. Nice little service station 1/2 mile away. 10am appt. No complaints.

Very slow place. Slow motion. Got here 7.45 they cut my seal and told me theres one truck before me. Waiting 3h already with no dock. When asked why is it taking to long, “they are doing something back there” obviously not unloading me. Past my app time and just wasting time here.People seem not to care for drivers time at all.I think you can park here overnight on gravel, they open 8am. Outside potty.

Supposed to have an appointment today 9-7-23 at 5pm.... with a load from Indiana we picked up yesterday at 4pm. When we get here we had an appointment Supposedly for yesterday at 5pm??? How are we getting from Indiana to Minnesota in an hour??? What a joke!!! Be ready to wait forever when bringing a load here and watching people roll in an hour or more after you and get a door!!!! ????Update: been here since 3:20pm it is now 8pm and still no door and no idea when this load will be taken off!!!! Stay away from here and spot inc. Cause they are both a joke!

Reading all the bad reviews, I've came here at 7 am for a 12 appt,checked in at 7 am,got dock 6 at 11:00 out at 11:59..so idk,for me it was a good experience

The worst place ever made a delivery to had a 10:00 appointment. Got here at 09:20 been here 8 hours. Just now starting to unload me have checked in a few times. To see what the hold up is was told they have no room. For this load an that they were making room. Who orders something with no place to unload it. SMFH they loaded 5 trucks before before they put me in a dock to get unloaded. I will never come back to this place ever again.

Even they don’t deserve one star ,This place is horrible loading can take 7hour to 10hours to get loaded and Sometime they will refuse the trailer with no reason I hope they Change that

This place is really terrible for outbound loads and same goes to inbound! Wasting time and slow very slow process and grumpy employees all around the front reception its just really terrible service all around!!

Place is pretty cool. All staff I encountered were professional, friendly, and super helpful. When Delivering: Follow the signs for Shipping and Receiving, even though it says its for Maple Island and your paperwork says Reckitt. Receipt has a front office that says "check-in". Don't go there lol. Drivers check in at the shipping and Receiving area at the dock doors. You'll see it. And for all the drivers that care about that sciatica nerve and don't like driving with your waller... TAKE YOUR ID inside when checking in and DONT BREAK THE SEAL on the trailer. They will make you walk back to your truck and get your ID. Had to sit and wait for someone to break the seal so i could open my doors and back in. Sat for about 20 mins before I went in to see if someone was going to come out (when I was the only truck there). Kinda unacceptable when they didn't appear to be busy, but hey, it's not my company! No restrooms or porta-potti that I could see and what I'm guessing is a restroom inside and the check-in window, was taped off and not usable for drivers. Lastly, Confirm PO# is correct. Was sitting and waiting for over a hour because of some Third-Party PO# verification issue.
