“I have to say the staff are caring. I had major spine surgery on Wed. I got discharged from the hospital on Saturday. I had to use the bathroom and my husband had to help me. My husband went to check if there was a family restroom there wasn't. So he asked the store manager and explained. They blocked the women's bathroom for a few minutes so my husband could help. I feel bad but it's what they did. Thank you kwik trip for understanding my situation”
“This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the nice attendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generally pleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and their kindness!”
“On Sunday Nov.17 around 8am stopped in for gas and brake fluid.Being short wasn't able to get my hood latched.The older woman that works there really went above and beyond to help me, and was very nice friendly. Give her a TY again , and appraise her for job well done.”

“Clean, convenient and customer service friendly. Quick pit stop got us perusing the aisles of the usual gas station fare of snacks, soda and other road trip necessities. A plus was the small deli offering pizza and broasted chicken. Nicholas was personable and got us back on the road in no time.”
