Horrible service. The people don't even know how to use their own system much less help you with any issues you may have with your phone. I would rather drive an hour to another store then use this place ever again. Don't waste your time!

So very happy with my service today at Walker Verizon store. Amanda Nybakke was so very efficient and knowledgeable and fun. She is such a great representative for Verizon!!!! Job well done!!

I stopped in to get a new phone & they were very helpful to order me a new I phone. I made sure to tell them that I am only here on the weekends, so I would pick it up on Saturday. They said that would not be a problem. I received a call on the next Monday to say my phone was in, again I told them that I would pick it up on Saturday. So I go today(Saturday) to pick up my new phone & nobody is their. I tried calling the phone numbers that are on the door & got no answer. I called & text the person that sold me the phone & get no reply either. So I am not sure if I will be getting a new phone at all because I am not here during the week.So on Monday I kept calling all day & they would not answer the phone & their mailbox was full. I did talk to two different people from their call center & they said they would have someone call me,even said the district manager was suppose to call me in 20 minutes after her meeting. Never heard a word. Finally at 4:11 pm I texted the sales person again who took my order & finally at 6:15 received a text that she did cancel the order & she felt that she did her absolute best to accommodate us & good luck. I don’t feel that is a true statement when they told us to come pick up during the week & I told them Saturday was the only day I could come being we live 5 hours away.You cannot accommodate the customer when you don’t even open the store or will not talk to them on the phone.I wouldn’t of gotten so upset if they would of just sent me a message or called on Saturday to tell me the store would not be open.Very poor customer service. We will not be going back.

I highly recommend calling before showing up as the hours posted don't seem to be accurate. (Unless you enjoy wasting your time...)I waited outside with three other potential customers today who all ended up leaving frustrated that they still weren't open an hour after their hours stated they would be. No sign or holiday hours posted, and Google still says they are "open."

Do not order a phone from walker. They will call and tell you to pick it up. But when you pick it up they are closed. The stores next door say they are pretty spotty when the are open. Order from your home town.

I was in need of a new phone.Verizon in Walker, MN. was my first store to check out. Glad I did. Arica and Katie were very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the phones they carry and patience with my questions. Quick phone changeover (MotoZ4) and on way. Everything works perfect. Highly recommend this store.Thanks!

The personalized service that I have received has been excellent. Both Arica and Katie are highly skilled with today's technology. They are able to present new information to a non-tech person such as myself, in a manner that is understandable, and easy to apply with the devices I am using. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received over multiple visits I highly recommend them.

Literally the best service EVER! My dad had phone troubles while at the cabin and Katie worked SO HARD to help him get them resolved. He ended up needing a new phone and she worked tirelessly to make sure he was all set up. He has some health issues that make it really not safe to be at the cabin alone without a phone. Katie- you made his day and month (because he didn’t have to come home) with your cheerful service! THANK YOU!!!
