We use XPO for every crate we ship, these guys are awesome. We've loved every driver over the last 15 years.

Product arrived severely damaged. Box was clearly destroyed and product inside unusable. The company denied the claim for reimbursement stating it was unable to be determined when the product was damaged. This cost us $325 out of pocket for damage that was quite clearly the fault of the carrier. Do NOT recommend shipping with this company.

If I could give a negative rating I would. XPO does not answer the phones, the tracking number is invalid, my item is now 3 weeks past their latest deliver by estimate and still absolutely no customer service to find a resolution or status update. Even when leaving a message with the XPO hub they have never returned the call.

They were supposed to deliver on Saturday. I made sure I’d be home all day. They didn’t call the day before like they said they would to set up a time frame. At last minute they cancelled my delivery...they never told me. I had to call. No one communicates or cares at XPO. If you want good service, don’t use this company!
