Pharmacist was rude. I was given the wrong information on the quantity, which cost me $55, and when I tried to clarify the info with the pharmacist, she dismissed what I said and got a nasty attitude.

The worst Walgreens in Saint Cloud. I go here constantly and they always have ONE worker working with ONE register. Pretty ridiculous when you’re waiting in one line for 20 minutes. I hate hate hate this Walgreens and refuse to spend my money at this location. You need to do better.

Being disabled and elderly is difficult, but add being single to that and sick. I paid for my meds to be deliver over 2 days ago. STILL A NO SHOW.

Very disappointed in my experience with the fragrance/makeup woman. I asked for help finding my shade foundation, I’m a person of color, and she rudely responded they don’t carry my shade! Then walked away from me. I left in tears!

Rude staff. Unfriendly, not caring or kind. Very short with you on the phone. It is only 2 female staff members there that are like this. All other staff kind and helpful. Although they never have my meds ready or never have them in stock.

I have used Walgreens for my pharmacy most of my adult life and everything‘s been great. I’ve been tell you know the last several months they’ve been enough shortage and stuff and so they’re closed on the weekends. I use the one in Waite Park and told the Saint cloud one still remains open on the weekends, but they transfer my prescriptions. Just seems like a lot of work and since being closed on the weekends it seems that there’s always a line. I waited one time almost 40 minutes in the drive-through but the employees are very friendly very helpful. Patient knowledgeable and really do try to work to get your prescription ready in a timely manner.

The pharmacy was very busy as usual, but the people there were very nice and helpful. We were in for a covid booster shot, and also got some at home tests.

Pharmacy is very inconsistent. I I was told a prescription was sent in the mail. I had to skip a day to save a dose. I’m on my last one and still no prescription! Never recommended! Would give zero if I could.

Pharmaceutical techs were not wearing their masks properly, pretty much always on their chins and never above their nose. I showed up for an appointment and waited 30 minutes while they serviced a walk-in rather than my appointment time I scheduled. I understand that they may have been busy but help your appointments first, then your walk-ins. That's common sense.

Service was amazing! The pharmacy team was able to make my last minute Covid test work and everything was very smooth. I am extremely thankful for their help and helping me get my test done on time before I travel.

None of the pharmacists wear masks!! Covid is raging and the store is just packed. It's dirty and gross. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and smelly. Such a nightmare of a place, I can't stand coming to this location.

If I could give the pharmacy staff more than 5 stars I would. I made an error when scheduling Covid testing online for my kids. Instead of sending us away, the staff worked to make it happen and help us get the testing completed. They went so far above normal service. While testing my kids, they were so helpful, thorough, and patient. After we left, my kids commented several times about the kindness of the Walgreens staff. Thanks for being exceptional today!
