I always like filling up here when I'm in town because it's usually not crazy busy, its fairly clean, and the cashiers have always been super friendly.

They always close before there actually closing time. Especially on the weekends. This is unacceptable. They lock the doors 20 min before there closing time and it irritates me so bad.

Unfortunately this store is on my route home, and this evening I picked up a couple sandwiches from their warmers…. The first sandwich I opened was so physically stale that the ham was dark and dry, and the bread was hardened.. I picked this sandwich up at a quarter after seven.. the time on the bottom said “2” “p” “30”… And right above the sharpie written expiration, it says, “holding unit time 2 hours”. ‘Exceptional’ food service for having three employees available, two of which who were on the floor, and the store was empty. I work in food service and this is unacceptable. You all should be reported, what if I ate this??

They need to get more workers at a time in this location because at 1:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon the one lady who was working was clearly overwhelmed. The hard-boiled eggs I bought were out of date and so was the whole rack of them. She started warming up the burritos but left the whole tray of them in the microwave and never got around to putting them out. She sort of yelled at me because she couldn't find correct spot to scan it for my cooked eggs and then realized it was on the bottom after I showed her. The worst part was when I got there the store was empty because she was in the back with a gentleman who after coming out of the back workers only area he winded up buying lottery tickets and just sat in front of the building in his car.

How do I start...First of all, the employees are extremely rude, and were constantly on their phone, or outside smoking.And the bathrooms, I feel a port-a-potty may have been cleaner than what I stepped into.The entire building is filthy, there is trash outside everywhere, I felt like washing my hands anytime I touched anything.I will not be coming back to this place, and I don't see why any sane person would want to either.

Have been here before and had a sub-par experience, but with a second chance my opinion changed drastically.The bathrooms are very clean now, and the whole store is looking more polished.The employees on the other hand, most of them are very rude, very snippy and always on the phone.I have to give a special shoutout to David, great customer service, great attitude, always come in to see him cleaning or doing something.

CARMEN IS SO RUDE! When she is working, she is always sitting on a step ladder and acting annoyed that a customer is in the store. Unless, you are her friend, she will be rude and dismissive. She talks on the store phone cussing and arguing with someone while customers are in the store. She never misses an opportunity to use inappropriate language to talk about what I'm assuming is another coworker. I've had many positive interactions with other employees at this store, however, when Carmen is working I can count on feeling like a burden when I come in. I have pulled in to the to see Carmen in the window and left right away to a different Speedway. I have spoke to other employees about this and one honestly seemed a little defeated when I complained as if I was one of several complaints she has received about her.

Always clean, their new coffee tastes amazing, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I LOVE Alissa! She is always so helpful and cheery. When the cooler wasnt working she was more than happy to get the milk I needed from the beer cooler. I have had the pleasure witnessing her handle upset and rude customers, she maintains a smile and finds a solution for the customers. In the past, I have seen Carmen curse out customers and threaten the police for something as small as not having fresh coffee. Alissa is a breath of peace.

Stopped in at 12:40 to get fuel and take a piss. Both bathrooms had out of order signs. I went in and they were clean and functional. Obviously Carmen the employee working. Cleans them then puts signs up so they don't get used or dirty till next shift. Won't be back. Kwik Trip is just down the road.

WOW,THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.There is not one good deal here.Cashier was not helpful and rude.Never go here.Go to KwikTrip its a lot better.
