I had an excellent sales person, Adam Haffner, at St. Cloud, Mn location. He explained the 2024 upgrades and changes to the 2024 Grand Highlander Xle comparing to my 2019 Highlander Xle. Adam demonstrated, explained and did follow up on how to operate the Grand Highlander Xle interior radio, heat, cruise, etc. We did a walk around the outside of the vehicle and he answered my questions on the changes from my 2019. We also took for a drive so I could get a feel for the larger/higher/longer size to the Grand Highlander Xle. Overall I feel my experience upgrading from a 2019 was excellent.

Great experience at St.Coud Toyota. Worked with Caleb to purchase a new RAV4, he was very helpful in explaining options and ordering the vehicle to be built. I purchased my last vehicle at St. Cloud Toyota in 2017/18 and will continue to work with them in the future.

Should be a zero star if I could, you clowns must pay your service jokers commission on trying to sell tires regardless of a vehicle actually needing tires. Was informed on our last visit we needed new tires, we have 60,000 mile tires with around 20,000 miles you do the math. You service dept is a joke. Teach you people to be more honest, Costco has a better tire program than you and are cheaper. The next Toyota we buy won't be from you clowns. Maybe worry about fixing your service dept instead of constantly worrying about having the two clowns babbling on radio ads about how wonderful your people are and how you want to be a team player in the community. Deep down you are nothing but crooked car salesman looking to make a buck.

Well, the good reviews did not steer me wrong. This is the place to go to purchase a vehicle. Everyone that helped me was amazing! But I want to single out Adam for being so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! This was my first time buying a car on my own. St. Cloud Toyota made it a success, and I'm very thankful for that! ?

I have had only pleasant experiences at St. Cloud Toyota. I purchased a used car from them (a 2005 Corolla). It has been an excellent vehicle.I’ve recently had some repairs done at the service department. I went in for a wheel bearing replacement and the work came in under the quoted price! Shout out to homeboy Rob Gable for being honest about the whole thing. A lot of other shops would have just went with the quoted price even if the repair went better than expected.

I bring my car in regularly for service and there has never been a time that I left and wasn’t disappointed. Oil change/tire rotation takes literal HOURS of waiting in the lobby even when appointment is booked far in advance. Prices are super inflated compared to competitors. Brought my car to get looked at for recalled paint and service, I was told I’d pay for my service later when they call in a few days to let me know the status update. Never received a call, we called to see what was up and there was apparently only 1 person that was allowed to follow up with us and he was on vacation and nobody else could let us know. Couldn’t get an appointment until MONTHS later. We called a few days in advance to see how long it would take to determine work arrangements and they were too busy to help us. Every service is supposed to come with a “complimentary” wash and there’s been multiple instances where my car was never washed. And nobody seems to know where my car is after servicing, I’m ALWAYS hunting the lot for it. I’ve said it a few times but I’m finally fed up. I’m bringing my money elsewhere.

Tom and Caleb were fantastic to work with. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and met all expectations with no sense of pressure to buy. Ordering my vehicle was quick and painless-arriving earlier than anticipated. Cutting a check and signing papers was easy and pain free. Most definitely will be referring others to St. Cloud Toyota.

1st instance: I looked up parts online and found pricing for the parts I needed. Went to the store to purchase the parts and they were charging over $100.00 more than what was shown online. Person at parts counter stated they give a discount online because they didn’t have to look up the parts. Was told if I wanted to I could order online and come back at a later time (days later) to pick up the parts. Wouldn’t match what the pricing on their website was.2nd instance: This time I order the parts (spark plugs) the prior day at lunch time. Went the next day (almost 24 hrs later) to pick up parts that I figured they stock due to a maintenance part. They gave us a lot a grief because the parts we orders weren’t pulled yet. The parts department told us that they give a discount on parts online because then they can pull the parts at their leisure.So your telling me if I’m a loyal Toyota customer and want to buy factory parts I will be charged more if I come to the store and inconvenience your employees to look up the parts I need and pull them off the shelves.Any other company I buy thing from will match their online price if questioned and I don’t know of another company that charges more for a customer to pick up parts at their facility.Bad Business in my opinion!!

In my dealings with St Cloud Toyota, I have always been pleased and impressed by their service Department. I recently had involvement with them that calls for an exceptional review. While on the road I experienced an issue that caused me enough concern that I called the Service department. Brian the service tech that I spoke with went in my opinion, above and beyond. He walked me through a road side inspection to ensure that the issue in my front wheel area posed no immediate danger to me or my vehicle. He also made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle in immediately upon my return to town. As it turned out, the issue was somewhat minor and may have been brought about as a result of recent work performed by their staff, which they readily acknowledged. I had my vehicle back in less than a day with no charge for the needed repair. Such excellent service is appreciated, and is my regular experience at St Cloud Toyota.

Great experience dealing with the team at St. Cloud Toyota. I had the mechanic do a detailed review of my Lexus SC430 as I had been told from another dealership that there were several issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. The staff at St. Cloud Toyota did a thorough inspection and found none of the issues needed attention. I was extremely impressed by everyone that I dealt with and will be sure to use this dealership in the future.

Everybody at Toyota was just incredible to work with I mean INCREDIBLE! They really know their vehicles and pricing! They broke down the prices and premium Toyota care and my mom and I were able to choose the correct plan for us to make sure we’re backed up and protected! Nothing but good things

Everything went smoothly from start to finish, actually expectations were exceeded. Our sales consultant, Adam, was both highly professional and fun to work with. The financial consultant was also helpful and professional. All staff were eager to help. The staff made the process of selecting and buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience.
