Great customer service, very knowledgeable individuals in the parts department. I have worked with Mr. Schmidt a very nice individual, and honest and he not only sold me the parts he recommended I buy them online to have more discounts plus free shipping. I live in North Dakota but due to the lack of integrity of the dealership near me as well as the lack of Toyota locations around us I end up buying from St. Cloud, which I am so glad that happened. I’ve placed a few orders and a few more shortly. Call them and ask for Wyatt Schmidt you’ll never regret it.Respectfully

posted June 10, 2022 in google review. Avoid this toyota dealership at all costs. Do not buy a car here. They don't care about their customers at all. I bought my vehicle there in cash back in March 19, 2022 and as of June 10, 2022, I still don't have my title, plates and registration. The temporary registration I have with them only lasts for 31 days after the purchase date. I am driving in North Dakota as a North Dakota resident. I am always under the threat of being pulled over and getting a ticket for not having registration of this vehicle. I contacted them (including Melanie Schiller, their title and registration person, Nate Laudenbach the sales person and ALEX DARSOW, their finance person) through email, I get no response. I called their employee who handles title, Melanie Schiller and I get no call back at all. They just wanted to make the sale and nothing else. I am filing a complaint against the Toyota dealership to Toyota corporate and I am also consulting my lawyers to see what are my legal options. update as of June 11, 2022 2:08 pm: I just got a phone call from Alex Darsow with the phone number 3202532581. He begged me to delete this google review and just sweep it under the rug. He said this review has been brought to his attention and made him look bad. He said he will follow up with the North Dakota DMV and the third party company they are using for the out of state title and registration. He said he will make this issue a "top priority" after this google review was probably brought to his attention by the his boss or the owner. So I have to resort to wasting my time writing this google review, in order for him to make time to "help me"" with my problem; this is after the fact I have already emailed him, Nate Laudenbach and Melanie Schiller about this issue multiple times and got no response. He did say that he saw my previous emails and just decided to do nothing about them. This sounds like incompetent customer service and damage control and him trying to put out the fire and save face. In addition to that, he said the third party company they are using for out of state registration and titling processing only sent my paperwork to North Dakota DMV back in April 19, 2022 which is extremely late because my temporary plates and registration only lasts until April 21, 2022. So this third party company they are using is very slow and incompetent. Alex Darsow and anybody in this Toyota dealership didn't even have the decency, courtesy and the professionalism to inform me beforehand when they knew that my state registration and vehicle title is substantially late in terms of how process should be. I had the impression that I would have my title and registration before my temporary title and registration expired; apparently that's not the case. I would have never bought a vehicle from them If I knew I would have this bad experience. He said they have been using this third party company for the past 3 years and he has no issues using the third party company; knowing how slow or incompetent the third party company they are using and they will keep using this company in the future. He is basically trying to say that this is not their fault. He just wants to wash his hands clean and have me delete this google review and make him look good.

I ordered the cargo liner late evening, and it shipped the following day. Great customer service. Easy to use website. The cargo liner was about $30.00 less, (free shipping), than I could find at my local Twin Cities Toyota dealer with a pick up at their customer counter. The local dealer did not have it stock. I can't wait to see it when it arrives.Thank you !

The parts is great, the advertised on the website said you order certain amount will free shipping but, after you check out they charge shipping I call dealer parts department said they no clue about free shipping, I recommend check with detail before place order

The shipping was fast and the part looked good, but I ordered the wrong part. I called the same day I received the part and explained what happened and I was told how to send the part back for a refund. Jon then helped me with the correct part and I ordered it. Jon helped me with the whole process and I was extremely happy with the help and the prices. I will definitely be ordering any parts I need from St. Cloud Toyota from now on.I recieved the correct parts and they fit perfectly. Thank you Jon Hickman for all your help.
