If you're looking to work with a honest, down to earth guy as you buy a new Hyundai (or any car really), I suggest Zack Berger. He made the whole buying experience worth it.it was my first Hyundai ive bought completely on my own. It was easy to communicate with him and he was great at keeping me updated. Would recommend you ask for him next time you are looking for a car.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Buyers beware this dealership. The sales team will try to suck you in with promises and deals, though delivering on those is another story. Both myself and my husband had gotten the Minnesota Protection package along with myself getting heated seats installed. It took me over the course of 6 months of calling and leaving messages trying to schedule a time to get both of those completed. After those 6 months I was finally able to reach a manager after leaving them multiple messages as well, just to find out they fired the salesperson that sold us our cars but didn't tell the people who bought cars through them. It would be an additional 5 months before the dealership would be able to complete the Minnesota Protection Package, though the heated seats would still take several months.Their service garage is the epitome of bad project and/or time management. It is the regular occurrence that when you bring your car there for anything from an oil change to a part recall being fixed, you can double whatever time estimate they give you. On several occasions, my husband had brought in his vehicle, the staff give him an estimate, and after 1.5 hours, his car was still outside, yet to have work even started on it. This same dealership took over a month to get him a rental car after their garage almost totaled his car, making his engine stall at the stoplight next to their lot.So, I'll say it again, buyers beware. I'd recommend driving to a different Hyndai Dealership even if it takes hours. If you buy a car here, expect to be neglected, ignored, lied to, have your time wasted, possibly stranded, or have possibly damages done to your car. This dealership doesn't specialize in much besides damage reduction, not to be confused with damage mitigation. Overall, the past years of trying to work with them has been beyond dreadful, I'd stay away until there's a sign out front that reads "Under new management", until then keep your sanity by avoiding them at all costs.0/10

I bought a new car here which included an extended service plan. I was given a coupon book for oil changes and basic service which was supposed to last 100,000 miles. I gave coupons from the book every oil change. The latest time, they suddenly said I never purchased the plan and my coupons wouldn't work any more.After discussions, they refused to honor my coupons that they themselves gave me. DO NOT TRUST ANY SALESPERSON IN THIS DEALERSHIP!I gave two stars instead of the one star they deserve because the service department is friendly and fairly quick.

Slimey salesman took advantage of my elderly mom and made her feel like there were no other options because she didn't want to put cash down. Pressured her into a vehicle that sells for 40% less across town from another dealership. He also told her it was fully loaded and it's the base model. Go to a real dealership, not one that sells KDM garbage, they are all swindlers selling cars that don't last 50k miles brand new. Assume whatever they tell you is a lie, because it is.

When I walked into the lobby the first person to greet me was Zachary Berger. He was so friendly and welcoming as well as eager to help. I came back a few days later and he had a car waiting for me that fit the description of what I told him I wanted. He went above and beyond making sure the process was as smooth and convenient for me as possible. In the end I purchased a good reliable vehicle for myself & my kids and would recommend Zach & St. Cloud Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in a smooth hassle free manner!

I took my sister in law, to this Hyundai and I witness a dealership that took care of her with exceptional care and compassion! The service department people were very patient and attentive to her needs! Keep in mind she is on a fixed income and needed her car to remain self-sufficient. I am a ford guy and I was truly impressed. Anyone with a Hyundai would be blessed to go and receive service at that location. To Hyundai, thank you for taking care of my family member the way you all did!!!

Never will I buy a car from Hyundai. My sonata stops with the dash lights going berserk. I had call the dealer and they tell me that the motor is fried. The motor has 155k miles. I was told it was under warranty. They took pics and send it to the headquarters and it come back that they are not going to repair the car. They wanted me to spend more money to repair or replace the motor. They told me just because I changed the oil myself that I didn't maintain the car, cause I didn't have them do it. I guess we can save money by doing our own oil changes. Warranty should have covered the motor no matter if you change your oil yourself or not. That's bull! The word of my mouth they will loose another of business. That car had over 15 recalls and one of them is the engine that the company will not warranty. Hyundai is a lemon!!!!!!!

The service department is a joke. I took my son's Kia Soul in for a check engine light diagnosis. Two and one-half hours later, and after an expense of $167, they were unable to find any problem. Shortly after returning home, however, the check engine light came back on. I took the car to a nearby Autozone. It took them ten minutes to correctly diagnose the problem, free of charge!
