Originally had a pleasant experience with this dealership last summer (2023) when we purchased our 2014 Sante Fe.. not even a year later our engine went out. The maintenance on the vehicle had been well maintained over the year so the engine going out was completely at random. I called the dealership and they couldn’t do a single thing and told me “if they think of something that they’ll call me back” well it’s been months. I had the SUV LESS THAN A YEAR. I’m of mother of two small children and having a reliable and safe vehicle is top priority to me and the dealership could care less that I’m out $15,000. Look else where for a vehicle because god forbid something happens to your car the will do nothing to help or mend the situation. Crap service.

Johnathon Sorensen was a helpful associate to work with. He understood my reluctance to purchase a new vehicle and walked me though the process of understanding the OTD price. He maintained a positive attitude when I said the cost was too high and was able to work with me to get a manageable rate that would work with my financial situation. Thanks Johnathan. This is my third purchase I have made from st cloud hyundai and I will always consider them for future purchases because of their first class service and high end inventory.

Took car in for recall work, hour and a half goes by tech comes out and says sorry couldn't do the work as we don't have the part instock. Why accept the appt then and waste almost 2hrs of my day for nothing. Very disappointed never experienced kinda service before...
