I just visited today and the experience was delightful! You can clearly tell the quality of their tobacco products. Their hookah selection (guilty pleasure!) is broad and their tobacco products of good variety. I am extremely picky but I was very satisfied with their selection! I also appreciate the employees. They are helpful but let me take my time picking out the hookah I want. Nice store, nice staff, and honestly a great first impression. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I’ve been going to this store for years and all the employees are so helpful and polite. I’ve been a regular customer since I moved to Saint Cloud 20 years ago.

Very very bad customer service. The new guy with glasses..he did it twice with me he let me by the cashier and went to do something on the office while I didn't finish my business yet .i needed somthing else and let me waiting for minutes. He is not well behavior by this guy.

I went there today with a friend, I got off the car to grab a product. As soon as I walked in, the employee asked me to move my vehicle. I told him my friend is driving and I’ll text her to move the vehicle. He got so upset and he stated “you don’t move car, me don’t serve you”. I told him I already texted her she’s about to move her car. He got upset and started yelling aggressively and told me to get out. Another employee that was in the back came out, and they spoke in their language and he told me to get out as well. I was so confused and flabbergasted and I walked to the door and he was right behind me yelling “GET OUT!”. I will never go back there and I’m taking my money elsewhere. This was so unprofessional and uncalled for. NEVER GO HERE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!
