Had a rear window replaced and that was good but the technician broke the rear wiper arm and he said they would replace it. Now the boss called and said they won’t replace it after his technician broke it. This is terrible customer service and will never use or recommend them.

Some miscommunication had happened, but instead of the usual runaround and rhetoric, they took accountability of the situation, expressed their explicit apology for the situation, and gave us the entire service for FREE. Prior to this experience, we used their services with zero issues and will continue to use and reference them for future business. Thank you Safelite Saint Cloud!

Made the whole situation very easy! Customer service was great! Price was amazing (especially after almost getting ripped off at another place)…My windshield was so clean and clear!

I was pretty disappointed with the service at Safelite. They never recalibrated my eyesight technology. So I can’t use a safety feature that I’m paying for on my leased car. They took the annual parking pass for the local Quarry Park, and they are supposed to remove it and give it back. And also I had been told I could receive a $50 discount on my $500 deductible, but then didn’t when they always give discounts to people I know who own a business. Just a terrible experience.

We had our windshield replaced a couple weeks ago on our 21 Palisade. We dropped our car off and went to have an early dinner. 45 minutes later they call amd said it's done. That was great since they estimated 3 hours. We walked back to find shards of glass all over the hood, dash and other interior parts of the car. The mirror wasn't clipped on right and I had greasy finger prints up my light interior near the windshield. I went in and told the office lady this and she relays the message off to a tech. A tech walks out with paper towels and glass cleaner, wiped the shards off of my dash into my vents... then asks if there's anything else he can do to make me happy... ah ya, pay for a detail, thanks. Can't do that so I go on with my day. My clothes end up with glass shards in them. The next day I'm driving and go to use my wipers and only my passenger side wiper was working. Turns out they never tightened the bolt on them, thanks to my husband for fixing that... I got calls/emails for a survey, left my survey and said they'd be in contact with me about my poor ratings. I have yet to hear from anyone... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Extremely poor listeners. I had a request to be notified about my windshield removal so I could repair some body damage/rust on the upper windshield seal before the new windshield got put in.Later that day I get a call stating the cat was finished. Low and behold they installed the new windshield and seal right over the damage! Which Almost guarantees it will be leaking within a year!I tell them they need to make it right and remove it, and they say i have to wait weeks for the fast setting windshield silicone to fully cure. (Complete BS) so now not only has this ruined the sale of a vehicle, its costing me an extra month of expenses on the vehicle maintnance insurance etc.

Brian the technician was on time, professional and did an excellent job. I really liked that he called me to keep me aware of his arrival time. Strongly recommend Safelite and if you can request Brian, I would!

Easy appointment and the technician was in constant communication. Good service and happy with the outcome of my glass replacement. Will recommend to family if insurance covers their glass.

They replaced my windshield in my ram and had to recalibrate it. Finally said they couldn’t have to send new tech out. Then he comes out week later and still can’t said have to replace windshield again. Next week says he’s on his way and never show up. Then to week 4 guy says ok I’ll be out what’s your address and I give it to him and he says oh I can’t that’s an hour and half away. Onto week 5 I’m done and getting new company. URGENT URGENT DO NOT USE SAFELITE!!

I had scheduled a replacement of my windshield on my company vehicle, I was told they would be at my home between eight and 12. I took the day off and planned accordingly. I had not heard from them and so I called at 12:30 PM. I was told my tech was on his way. at 4:30 PM. I reached out again. And they told me that my appointment had been canceled.When I asked why this was. They told me that the tech had came to my home and rang my doorbell. It was stated that Someone came back on the ring doorbell and replied that they were to leave.I have three ring cameras and a ring doorbell on my home. I was home the entire day. I explained to the gentleman on the phone at the Waite Park location that no one had been to my home, and that they were mistaken, He argued with me, and said I was wrong, and that I also did not answer my phone when the tech called.I shared with him that I had contacted Safelite prior to the appointment and twice the day of the appointment. Each time I verified that they had my phone number and not my office number. Yet when I asked which number they called. I was told the tech called the main office number.I shared my frustration with the gentleman on the phone. And he seemed to not really care. I told him I would find another glass service. He told me that was fine and that there were plenty others who provided those services and he was fine with that.I reached out to Twin City auto glass. They came out several days later I was scheduled between eight and twelve am. They arrived at my home at 10 minutes after eight and we’re done by 10 AM. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Twin City auto glass.

Professional service easy to get along with and they got it done quickly. Horejsi the service tech was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely will use them again!!
