I had my windshield replaced on my 2024 Grand Cherkee L . The windshield replacement was fine. Wash my car by hand in my driveway that evening and noticed a dent in my hood above the passenger side headlight. Called Safelite reported the damage to them, and sent pictures. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. And told me, they have pre inspection photos but refuse to send them to me to me They clearly dropped something on my windshield.

I recently had a very odd windshield problem after a car wash removed the seal of my windshield. I wasn’t sure what to do, how to fix it, or how to even describe the problem to someone on the phone. So, I drove my car to Safelite AutoGlass to physically show them the damage and have them assess it.
Not only did the Safelite AutoGlass assess the damage on the spot without an appointment, but they also fixed it IMMEDIATELY for an exceptionally good price— like, *EXCEPTIONALLY* good.
I pulled into the parking lot with the intentions of getting the damage assessed, and I left with the damage completely repaired. These folks are above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windshield repairs, regardless of how odd the damage might be :-)

Do not take your vehicle here. Today I found their windshield replacement tools in the wheel well of my vehicle because I could hear a rattling sound when driving. Hopefully their negligence hasn’t damaged my vehicle. After getting my windshield replaced, the dash was covered in debris from the replacement. The appointment took nearly an hour longer than the estimate indicated. The timing was an inconvenience, the debris was sloppy, but leaving the tools inside my vehicle was dangerous and potentially extremely costly for me.

I have been a nervous wreck since my windshield crack got larger each day. A tiny rock no bigger than a pebble can do a lot.

I was very dissatisfied. Had a Saturday appointment for my windshield for my 99 accord. First impressions were great, but the tech was sent out with the wrong glass... my mirror wouldn't mount on the window he was sent with. So we rescheduled; now today I drove my 8mpg Gass guzzling giant to work (70mi one way)... so my car could sit half dismantled, waiting on a tech today... Got a confirmation call this morning that was jt. Tech showed up unannounced this afternoon with the proper glass this time, but NO MOLDING, these old accords have a rain channel that is specifically designed for this make... the VIN # I provided should have shown that! So now I was forced to reschedule again and was told the rain channel molding is an extra $20. This is ridiculous. Now they expect me to pay $458.91 for a window replacement? I called and was only offered a 50 dollar discount and was informed there is a 20 dollar promotion that could be added... so $390 for a window?!?! So naturally, I did some looking. I found a brand new window for 150 after tax... and everything else, including wipers for 50-60 bucks. so I could have a new window in the car tomorrow for $210ish, or I can wait another day and pay another 180 to wait? Never again will I make this mistake, for any who don't want to get ripped off call (st.cloud)-260-5700. Typed that way to prevent robo calls. Cheap window installation OE quality parts used call (st cloud area code) two,six,zero,-five,seven,zero,zero. Thanks for reading! Don't get ripped off!

Had a rear window replaced and that was good but the technician broke the rear wiper arm and he said they would replace it. Now the boss called and said they won’t replace it after his technician broke it. This is terrible customer service and will never use or recommend them.

Some miscommunication had happened, but instead of the usual runaround and rhetoric, they took accountability of the situation, expressed their explicit apology for the situation, and gave us the entire service for FREE. Prior to this experience, we used their services with zero issues and will continue to use and reference them for future business. Thank you Safelite Saint Cloud!
