Nathan was AMAZING to work with! Not only was he friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but was also patient with my lack of knowledge. In fact I ended up calling the store when I got home after work and realized I made the mistake of measuring the fridge, not the space...it's my 1st time buying a large kitchen appliance. Nathan was able to switch my order to the larger fridge and store was even able to delivered it earlier then expected which was GREATLY appreciated since our fridge was going out. He also took the time to give his recommendations for a stove and dishwasher to go with the fridge and fit our needs. I cannot express how much I appreciated his help, patience and knowledge.

They came and removed my old washer from our basement (steep steps!) put our new washer in. Less than 25 minutes. Amazing service.

We had an excellent experience. Our LG fridge went out, and we had a very difficult time finding anyone to repair it locally. We then purchased a GE fridge from Quality Appliance, and have been very happy. It is nice to know there is local service available if we need it.

Went in looking for a Samsung washing machine. Most everywhere else was out a week. They had exactly what I wanted and they loaded and secured it for me.
Staff.was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Don't waste time running around. Make this your first stop.

Salesman was friendly and very knowledable about the products. In the last year I have purchase a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Delivery drivers were efficent and friendly.

I could not get parts at other shops for a dryer. The staff here said "We will find and get you what you need". Not only did they find what I needed but they had it in my hand the next day. And it was the correct part. They really went above and beyond. They showed urgency like it was their own dryer that was down. I will go here anytime I need anything appliance related.

I ordered stove top replacement pieces over the phone, and the customer service was great.The parts were at the store within two days, and when I picked them up the service in the store was comparable to the phone service I received. Keep it up, Quality Appliance!
