“Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and have good customer service.This doesn't pertain to this location, but the USPS company in general. Not sure why when changing an address online it costs money, though coming into office is free. Seems like more work for staff to enter in the info from the hand written card, than it would be with typed up information..”
“Some crazy guy was there trying to ship for free using some scam called “tax per que”. Both postal workers were very professional and treated the man respectful. The man was not respectful and was very rude.”

“Here are the many things I like about the Sauk Rapids' Post Office. It's clean. It's convenient. The employees there are always quite friendly. I've never had a bad experience at this Post Office aside from sometimes having to wait in a long line, depending upon the day and time of visit. Monday mornings are not a good time to stop into the Post Office generally. Two thumbs up for this particular U.S. Post Office location.”

They're always in a good mood, knowledgeable, and it's always a pleasant experience. They definitely deserve a raise for how incredible they are! I haven't had any issues getting my packages delivered. Love this location.”
