Terrible, they sold me a Milwaukee tool kit and then called me a few days later telling me that it wasn’t available and they refunded the money to my card. I wish I would’ve paid cash.

Bought a stand up air compressor.
It arrived with cracked plastic on belt cover. .
They stepped up and ordered one from the main distributor and was here in lime 5 days!
They will stand up for what they sell!

I am a new contractor buying equipment for my business, The staff and manager Brian were very lenient with me on returning something that had one bad component on it. No store credit, full re fund! As a young guy that will be needing lots of different tools I can say this hardware store has won me over with excellent customer care!

I received a cordless power tool as bonus from my job. (yellow, wrong color). I wanted to exchange it for a red tool(the right color). I had no receipt. The manager and several of the staff were FANTASTIC in helping with the process. Thanks guys!

Online ordering is a joke, ordered an item 5-10-2024 with a promised ship to store pickup date of 5-17. 5-15 received email about a delay in shipping, 15-21 day lead time which was not acceptable to me. Called and asked about delay, was told to give it 2 weeks at most and it would be ready for pickup, wasn't happy but could live with in being 2 weeks out. Notified customer care I did not want my card charged ($1000 purchase) until I had the item in hand and they assured me it would not be until I picked the item up but my card was charged anyways on the 17th. Fast forward to 5-31, still not to the store, called customer care again and was told they had no way to track the order and to give it 2 more weeks. Fed up as this had been a time sensitive order I requested to cancel my order and be refunded but was told it couldn't be cancelled, asked to speak with a manager and was denied that as well. Ended up disputing the charge through PayPal, who they never responded to after 10 days so I was refunded by PayPal. I ordered the same item through Home Depot and had it within 4 days. Would not recommend buying anything online from them, terrible experience all around.

Do not pay for the "no questions asked warranty " I had to drop a generator off due to it not running properly out of the box. The service center said 6 weeks before they can get to it. The store employee just admitted to me if I would have smashed the generator into pieces then I would have received a new one on the spot. So much for honesty
