Absolutely love Metro Sales!! Our sales rep Dominic Austing was very helpful when asked for prices and quotes. He listened to us and got us what we needed. He didn't push anything that wouldn't benefit our needs. Service is also amazing any time we have any questions or concerns they are available, even same day as little as a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Metro Sales.

Our school has used MetroSales for years. Always easy to work with. Dominic has always been very responsive to our needs and is always available for questions. He also was the one who provided us information that we were a target for an ink scam. Very on top of everything.

Metro Sales has installed a new copier in our office. They did a great job in the sales process and helping us use it. Our sales person was involved thru the entire process. He also gave us both new and used options along with customizing the lease to our specifics annual printing history. Support and service has also been top notch to work with. What a great company to work with! My office had been using Coordinated Business in the past and were VERY disappointed in their service. (& hidden fees!) However, since switching to Metro Sales we have been 100% happy with their pricing, service, and quality! Working with Dominic at MSI was a great experience. We talked a lot about how we planned on using the copier/printer and he provided us with some great options as well as different ways we could finance and service the machine. He periodically checks in on us to make sure everything is working as it should be and let's us know when deals or pre-owned machines come up to see if we'd have a use for them. Absolutely would recommend!
